"Checked in on the evening of July 1st and was absolutely furious! The takeout I ordered that evening had been downstairs for 20 minutes, and the robot hadn't delivered it. I reminded them twice, and the receptionist that night said they were busy and couldn't leave, so I went downstairs to get it myself. I thought they were busy, but wow, there was only the receptionist downstairs, and no other customers. What were they busy with? Even if they were busy, they couldn't spare a minute to put the takeout in the robot?! After waiting for 20 minutes and reminding them twice, they still had to go downstairs to get it! The receptionist that day was really terrible! I was so angry and speechless! But everything was fine from check-out to the front desk during the day! And I even had allergies that night! I've never had allergies before! Was there something wrong with the sheets? All in all, a very bad stay!!!"

The breakfast is a joke. It starts at 9:30. There is nothing left when I go to 9 o'clock. I waited until 9:10 and still no extra meal. There is nothing else except that the waiters have a good attitude. Are you crazy, Ctrip platform? You list this hotel as a luxury hotel!"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend the Suining Hedong Dingsheng International Bund Lotus Hotel. Their hospitality and attentiveness are a model for many hotels to emulate. 1. Location: It's easy to find, close to bustling businesses and a wealth of delicious food. It's also conveniently located near the Suining Gymnasium, with free parking. 2. Hotel Environment: The lobby is beautifully decorated, clean, and fresh. Rose and jasmine tea, hot water, and a dedicated laundry room on the first floor are available for washing and drying. It was incredibly convenient and truly a truly enjoyable experience. 3. Hotel Service: The front desk lady was friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff was diligent and responsible. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly helpful and proactively greeted guests. (Their smiles were genuine and contagious.) 4. Hotel Cleanliness: The room was odorless, spacious, and bright, with the mirror, table, and floor spotlessly clean. The quilt and bed were incredibly soft! Sleeping on them was completely comfortable. 5. Mineral water and drinks in the lobby were complimentary. 6. The breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, with a wide selection of breakfast items, snacks, dishes, and drinks, all served while enjoying the panoramic river views. Four words: impeccable. The experience was truly amazing. If you're ever in Suining, be sure to book the Bund Lotus Hotel."

Before checking out, I met a client at the hotel, and the front desk staff proactively made us coffee. The hotel breakfast also surprised me. The ingredients were fresh, and the restaurant staff even asked if we needed freshly made rice noodles or noodles. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely stay here again."
