GGuest UserStayed at this hotel a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and location was perfect for my needs. I also used the laundry facilities. It was so easy to wash and dry cloths there for free, exceeding my expectations. Will stay here again when visiting Suining. Good selection for breakfast.

AAnonymous UserWe found this place on Ctrip. Although it's tucked away in a small alley, it was surprisingly easy to locate. Parking was also very convenient. My husband was pleased with the pleasant surroundings and the comfortable accommodation. The hot water supply was good, and it's conveniently close to the charming old town. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

Secondly, the hotel staff was warm and thoughtful, and they felt at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich in variety and tastes very good. In addition, the hotel is strategically located, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is convenient to travel and go shopping, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is super high, and the whole process is intimate and patient. GGuest UserThis hotel is really cost-effective, the location is not biased, and the travel is very convenient. The service staff are very good, polite and patient. The room facilities are complete, the lighting water temperature is suitable, the hygiene is particularly clean, the sheets and quilts are all new, and the whole is clean and tidy. The weather is hot and there is free self-service mineral water. This point is more humane.

GGuest UserPros: The island is quiet, so I slept really well at night.
Cons: Everything was just so-so. The room interior was average, the dining was average, and the reviews on Trip.com and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) were indeed accurate. Also, we checked in on a holiday afternoon at 4 PM, and they told us the room wasn't ready. We had to wait 58 minutes to get the room key. Keep in mind, check-out is by 1 PM, so you can see the extent to which they've cut down on labor costs. There were many other examples of cost-cutting measures everywhere. It's definitely not a true five-star hotel by any standard.
Feeding the deer is advertised as one of the hotel's main attractions, but the deer weren't let out, which contradicts their promotional claims.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a good location, right next to Yongyi Plaza. You can go to Yongyi after checking in. The hotel sheets are very clean, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the price is cheap and breakfast is included. I will patronize this hotel again when I receive customers in the future.
