Atour Hotel (Suining Chuanshan High-speed Railway Station)

Checked in on the evening of July 1st and was absolutely furious! The takeout I ordered that evening had been downstairs for 20 minutes, and the robot hadn't delivered it. I reminded them twice, and the receptionist that night said they were busy and couldn't leave, so I went downstairs to get it myself. I thought they were busy, but wow, there was only the receptionist downstairs, and no other customers. What were they busy with? Even if they were busy, they couldn't spare a minute to put the takeout in the robot?! After waiting for 20 minutes and reminding them twice, they still had to go downstairs to get it! The receptionist that day was really terrible! I was so angry and speechless! But everything was fine from check-out to the front desk during the day! And I even had allergies that night! I've never had allergies before! Was there something wrong with the sheets? All in all, a very bad stay!!!

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and can be reached on foot. The room is clean and tidy, with no bad smell. Although it is next to a residential building, it is not noisy. The TV can be projected, which is good.

亞朵酒店第一次住，服務真的很滿分，早餐非常豐富。房間也很寬敞，智能還給升了級。本來原計劃衹住一天的，結果由於暴雨延誤，動車取消，所以住了兩天，恰逢我們家小寶貝兩歲的生日原計劃回家住，但由於暴雨的原因在亞朵住。給前台小姐姐講了以後給送了好大的驚喜。貼心的準備了小蛋糕和水果。出去玩兒了一天，回來的時候原以為衹是一個很小的蛋糕，沒有想到真的很大塊兒，顏值很高，好漂亮呀，真的是感動到了，感謝亞朵這麼好的服務，感謝給小朋友這麼難忘的一個生日。還有不得不説的是亞朵的夜宵服務也很nice。家裡帶了兩個小孩兒，晚上睡覺之前總害怕他們吃不飽，一碗熱騰騰的粥下去。巴適的很。真的是很愉快的一段旅行。謝謝小朵。以後來遂寧就選你們家了。以後就是你們家鐵粉了。
