"Clean rooms, comfy beds, horrible customer service. The third party app I booked through had some complications with my payment, the hotel manager said he didn’t receive the payment the following morning and tried to make me pay for the 1 night stay twice even though I had the bank statement to prove I paid it, and got my confirmation. When I refused to pay for it again, he then refused to give my cash deposit back and threatened to call the police. So I said I would call them myself if he didn’t give me my money back. He then cussed my out, threw my 40$ deposit at me, and told me I was never aloud back at his hotel again. I tried to help figure the situation out and calling the third party (trip.com) trip told me it was an issue on their end and all they had to do was talk with the manager to get my payment sent to the hotel, but the hotel manager refused to answer their calls. Thankfully Trip made it right. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Room had mini fridge and microwave. Only stayed one night so can't comment too much on any kind of service. And didn't eat the free breakfast so don't know how good it is."
