This was my second stay here, and I stayed in a detached maisonette type room. The room was large and clean, but the open-air bath was located so that if there were people fishing outside, you could see it, and there was no changing area, so it might be difficult for women to enter. I went in leisurely after dark and at night and before dawn. The food was very delicious and I was satisfied with the sea bream poele and lava grilled Awaji beef. The freshly cooked rice and miso soup are both delicious. The staff are also kind and polite, and the customer service is pleasant. We were provided with bottled mineral water and free alcohol in the garden lounge, so it was nice for my husband and son to have something to enjoy after the meal.

部屋の露天風呂のお湯を一回ずつ入れる手間を考えると、部屋はヴィラ楽園のほうが良かったのですが、これまで宿泊したニューアワジグループの中で、もっとも料理が美味しかったです。すべて薄味で、素材が生かされていました。朝食バイキングではアナゴの干物がプリプリして美味しく、蒸し野菜やカレーも美味。レストラン食ですが、隣のテーブルとは距離が確保されており、人数も多くないので安心して食べられました。 帰りは、スタッフの方に車が見えなくなるまで手を振っていただけました。家族みんなが気に入ったので、またお世話になりたいと思っています。

今まで良いと思いリピートしてきましたが今回は最悪でした。送迎の車に乗車してエステサロンへ向かい下車する際に車の天井（ドア付近）で頭を打ちそれに対して運転手（総支配人）は知らない顔をされその夜に酷い頭痛で苦しめられその事を天原サイドの支配人に訴えましたがこちらに『非はない』との見解で頭痛で朝食バイキングにも行けなかったにも関わらず正規の料金の支払いをせいきゅうされ払わないとは言っていないのに『払わなければ大変な事になりますよ』と恫喝まがいの事を言われこの料金に似合うサービスを受けていないの思いながらもしっかりと支払いました。帰宅後、病院を受診し、レントゲン等で診断したところ『むち打ち』で暫くは安静にするようにと、そしてこのむち打ちはかなりの期間を要する可能性があると言われ高い治療費を支払い頭痛や倦怠感等で日常生活が暫く遅れそうもない状態になりそうです。天原サイドは『自分ところには非はない』との一点張りでここに何をしにきたのかと後悔しか残りません。こんな対応のホテルと知っていたらリピートしなかったのにと後悔と残念と悔しさで一杯です。このままでは納得がいかないので民事訴訟を起こそうと準備しています。皆様もくれぐれもお気をつけて私みたいな酷い目に合わないよう、騙されない様、お気を付けください。
