Everything was nice! Clean and very interesting. Recommended for all especially for student because the price is very affordable

Positive: New Building Room looks like on the picture, decent size. Clean Negative: Not easy to find, impossible to walk there, strange Upper Entrance. All 3 Reception Employees are not friendly. The elevator situation is a nightmare. In my opinion not for foreign tourists, it's in the middle of nowhere! Super noisy at daytime because the building stil under construction ( drill, hammer...) Horrible view!

Here are my thoughts and feedbacks 1. Room was ok not that special 2. Smell of the room and toilet was a big turn off - had to keep spraying the room with my expensive perfume just so it smells better. And had to open the windows to let air come in. 3. No toothbrush and slippers - had to call and request for the amenities 4. Coffee n cup provided but no kettle - when asked they said kettle only upon request than whats the pt of providing coffee sachets and cup with no kettle? Sigh. 5. Aircon was not cold - maintenance came and when he open the aircon it was so much dust! They dun even do maintenance on the Aircon until we ask! 6. Check in counter very confusing - 2 signage but 1 line so dunno where to q to check in and the counter staff they look like maintenance staff instead. 7. Daily room cleaning - NONE. They mentioned room will be clean every 3 days still on our 4th day no one came to clean. And we had to dispose of trash on our own. When asked they send a vid tutorial on how to dispose yr trash instead. 8. The surrounding areas of the place looks like an unfinished project. So not sure if the place is an ongoing project or abandoned project coz it just looks creepy at night. So if yr motive is just to hv a place to sleep after shopping or touring than its ok .... But if u wanna come.back to a comfortable room .. u can skip this.

There is an odor inside the room..im not sure whether housekeeping is really clean the room coz i found something that should not be there inside garbage..maybe previous customers who do it..its related to ICE..Then another issuewith service relates is with lift..i think mossaz management should divide the lift that is used for G to parking,g to up 20th floor(3 lift),2 lift from 21 to 39..most hotels do this as to a avoid issues..level 20 should be the checkpoint to higher floor.And maybe can upgrade lift motor with speedy one.

We had a great time at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, and it came with a microwave and fridge. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay!

This is my third time staying at Mossaz in 4 months and it's gradually losing its standard. The first time everything was in the room, including toothbrushes. The second time there were no toothbrushes, no kettle, no iron, and no ironing board. This time there were no toothbrushes, no hair dryer, and no desk chair. Either the staff is becoming negligent or they are intentionally removing things from the room to charge the guest for later. My advice is to take photos upon arrival and send the photos of whatever is missing to the front desk's Whatsapp.
