Amazing staycation exprerience! Excellent service receptionist ♥️

We were unfortunate to experience electricity cut off on the day of our checkout so our extended late check out was of no use The hotel’s limit of only 2 bottles of mineral water per room seems a bit strange and a first experience for me since most hotels allow us to request for more when needed Other than that we had a comfortable night at Midtown, the staff was friendly and helpful

Room was not too spacious but really comfortable.. tq for the experience.

Location is in the middle of town. Room is small, but still ok for Business travel.

Perfect location for this price of hotel. 5 minutes walk to the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya, just in the city centre. Breakfast is very local indo style, i love it. Receptionist and crews are very helpful and fast react, a BIG THUMBS UP! However, the room and equipments are slightly old. Too bad, the cleanliness I dont satisfied, as I found hair and dirt on the bedsheet.. just lucky it didnt happen any issue to my skin and body.

Staff really helpful with valet parking even though the hotel have small parking spots
