Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. "Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10"

"Very good value for money the family room was a big room with a double and 2 big single beds , the mattress and pillows very hard but very clean , didn’t sleep to good . The towels were big and of good quality, the furniture was very dated and we had to boil the kettle on the floor as no plug sockets anywhere but above the skirting board . The windows frames were sliding windows and were very old and need looking at as they get stuck when you try to open them . Breakfast was very good cooked fresh by a very happy chef singing in the kitchen 👍. The waiter had no service skills what so ever , I was eating my fruit salad and he brought out my cooked breakfast and I had to lift my bowl up and he just put the plate in front of me and walked off while im still holding my fruit in the air , he brought a pot of tea and balance it on the edge of the table and walked off , he had no training g what do ever , he didn’t know if they cooked veggie breakfast. The hotel is located in a lovely area by the the river and was nice to sit on the decking watchi g the boats go by . The outside of the hotel needs serious work on the windows and doors but for the money and a one night stay it was very good . 👍"

"Great time at travelodge egham . Had a pleasant stay as usual and great staff were very helpful. Usama staff was very good during check in and I was helped all throughout my stay by all staff in general also. Would stay again."

"The hotel was generally clean and spacious. Unfortunately the AC was out so our room was about 80 degrees for both nights we were there. They gave us a small oscillating fan that helped a bit the second night but definitely would not have stayed here if we knew about their AC issues."

"There is no ac in each pod, if you need fresh air you have to open the pod for more. The bathroom smells bad and the water is fine. I don’t think it worth to stay in. Good for me only staying here for one night."
