Overall the room is excellent, apart from the tiles in the bathroom and laundry. The paint is peeling which made the floors looks dirty.

Don't stay here. False advertising. I paid extra for a Signature Apartment which was advertised as a modern apartment and looked amazing. What I got was an outdated, filthy rundown and barely functional apartment. I was told there was only one Aircon in the lounge (no drama about that) and the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan didn't work and staff told me multiple times a electrician would come to fix it, no one came. The TV fell flat on the first day, after inspecting I saw the TV stand was sticky taped. The bathroom door knob was broken and we weren't able to even close the door unless we wanted to stayed locked in. The table chair arm fell off. The washing machine had a disgusting smell. The apartment was filthy and looked like it had never had a proper clean. Honestly don't stay here. Staff weren't helpful and I spent more time trying to get assistance from staff but was neglected the whole time.

Excellent value with a fantastic view of the beach. Close to everything ( beach, tram, pubs, clubs and restaurants) Full kitchen and washing machine with a dryer. Comfortable living room with heaps of room. Seperate bedroom with a comfortable bed and a large built in robe. Pool and spa. secure offstreet parking

We booked a family holiday with Baronnet over Christmas and it was AMAZING! Their superior 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. They had everything we could want available in the apartment! We were so close to the beach. So close to everything. Quick walk and we were in Cavill Ave. Trams were easily accessible. We will definitely be back! & I would recommend staying at Baronnet to everyone 🤩

We had our annual 4 night stay while the car races are on and as usual we loved it. Clean spacious 2 bedroom unit, great view, pool and beautiful warm spa. We had a couple of minor issues and Fred attended to them immediately I made him aware of them. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Fred. So friendly, helpful and obliging. Customer service at it’s best. Thank you so much Fred. Apartments so close to tram link, a very easy few minutes walk. Also close to Northcliffe Surf Club if you don’t feel like cooking. As usual we will be back next year.

Fantastic Apartment with excellent views of ocean , just a stroll to Surfers Main Stretch, you have everything you need around your stay .. Location Is Great …public transport if needed..Markets on Wednesday evening also Friday Saturday & Sunday

My partner and I had 3 enjoyable nights, the unit was roomy and beds comfortable. Location was closest to the surf club for meals and trams to Pacific Fair and Surface Paradise. The apartments are within a 3 minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend it.
