Hotels near Lingyan Mountain🏨Looking at the reviews, many people said that they were "noisy along the road" and "poor hygiene", so I chose Yijia because it has a room facing the courtyard. After checking in, I felt that the room was indeed small, but quite tidy. After washing my hands, I found that the sink drain pipe was leaking and overflowing to the ground. I went to the front desk and asked if I could change a room? The young lady looked at the computer🖥Don't be embarrassed and said that the fifth floor is full, should we move it to the second floor? I thought I was afraid of the noise upstairs, so forget it. The front desk offered to send two breakfasts as an apology. After a break, the young lady brought the security guard to the room to have a look. The security guard reached out to unscrew the water pipe connection, but failed to repair it properly and the water leaked even more. The young lady immediately called the engineering department and asked Ila to come and repair it. The engineer from the engineering department brought parts and repaired it after a while. The lady at the front desk should be praised for her seriousness, responsibility and proactiveness! 🌹🌹🌹
