"Wyndham Garden Suzhou **Facilities:** This hotel, renovated and opened in 2006, definitely shows its age in terms of facilities and decor. However, the grand lobby, spacious parking lot, and large accommodation corridors with an atrium… twenty years ago, this would have been considered excellent. **Service:** All staff wear suits and uniforms and are very polite. After 20 years, the service quality is still top-notch. **Location:** Everything is within walking distance. It's about a 10-minute walk to Xuanmiao Temple and less than 15 minutes to the entrance of Pingjiang Road. **Room Condition:** The facilities are old, but it's very clean. Details like the spotless bathroom, complimentary umbrella, and the neatly folded start of the toilet paper roll (easy to access) all speak to the level of service and management. I even took a close-up photo of the bathroom floor tiles – the cleanliness is evident. Before checking into this hotel, I saw quite a few negative reviews, and the fear of a bad experience lingered. However, the hotel's excellent location was too hard to pass up, so I decided to give it a try. **Overall:** The facilities are outdated, but the service hasn't dropped. It's suitable for travelers who don't seek luxury accommodation. I sincerely hope the hotel gets a renovation soon to welcome guests with a fresh new look."

"Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The details are exquisite, and I'd definitely come back again. Facilities: Old but very well-maintained. Cleanliness: The toilet had a bit of an odor. Ambiance: Good, meets five-star standards. Service: This was the highlight, excellent."

"This guesthouse is absolutely worth staying at. Everyone's service attitude was excellent, truly feeling like a five-star hotel standard. We went with our child, and they even brought us a case of bottled water, saying we'd need more for making formula – so incredibly thoughtful! We accidentally left some clothes when we checked out, and the owner even mailed them to us for free. They're genuinely wonderful, and the place is exceptionally clean."

"The room was very spacious and clean, and came with fruit. The river view outside was so picturesque and charming. Most importantly, the owner was a kind and beautiful lady who provided excellent service. She took such thoughtful care of all our needs, from food to accommodation and transportation. After so many trips, it's rare to find such a wonderful owner. She truly added a beautiful highlight to our journey and made us feel so happy! 🥰"

"My stay was great! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very welcoming. When I checked out, Yvonne was super thoughtful and asked about my experience, even giving me a lovely little souvenir, a very cute fridge magnet, which I really liked. The hotel's location is excellent, with a Starbucks and convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of malls nearby for shopping and dining, which was incredibly convenient. The underground parking garage is huge and connected to the mall, plus it has charging stations, which is a big bonus. I highly recommend this business-style Shangri-La!"

"The room is exactly as described, comfortable and clean! Shower pressure is great and water is hot enough. Breakfast was great too! Exceptional service by both Xiao Zhang and Tip. They both made the stay memorable and delightful. Highly recommend this place for couples, friends, and family travel! Only downside that the construction in front of the hotel can make the walk abit more challenging. "This was my first time booking a courtyard room at the Indigo Hotel Jinji Lake. Since the weather was so hot, the courtyard wasn't really usable. I spoke with the front desk, and they graciously upgraded me to a suite. The stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dishes at Inspired Hour were also very exquisite. The service was warm and attentive, truly living up to the InterContinental standard. I'll definitely be staying here again."
