My little one even made pottery and candles during the hotel's summer activities and had a blast. The infinity pool became their absolute favorite, and they'd swim laps every single day. At the end of our vacation, my child held up their crab bun and said, 'I want to come back and play again next time!'"

Emma at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The front-door staff were equally impressive—always polite, attentive, and very helpful with our bags whenever we arrived or departed.An incredible team that goes the extra mile for their guests. It's just a short walk out the door and you're on Pingjiang Road. No need to rush during morning peak hours to get to the museum; you can just walk there. The location is truly unbeatable. The owner was super enthusiastic and even recommended some fantastic local snacks nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back and soaking in the private hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing!"

"The room has a minimalist style and looks very clean. With over 50 square meters, it's quite spacious. The most practical item in the room I found was the washing machine with a dryer, which saved me the hassle of handwashing. The smart toilet was also a nice touch. Although the kids' play area is small, the children had a great time. There's also a teacher who leads craft classes for kids every day, and spots fill up quickly! The Zhizhi Garden has a beautiful collection of koi fish, big and small, which really captivated the little ones as they fed them."

We stayed in room A106 where we could go fishing 🎣, the complimentary coffee was delicious, the afternoon tea was plentiful with fruit 🫢, and there was even a bedtime dessert soup in the evening. The housekeeper and housekeeper were very welcoming and met all our needs perfectly. I highly recommend it to all travelers! There are three guesthouses in Sicily, and I've already stayed at two of them. I'll definitely come back for the other one next time! 🫰🏻"

"🌟 A Home Away From Home: Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu – A Warm Encounter by Jinji Lake I have to give a five-star review for my stay at Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu! The hotel's location is fantastic; it’s a 10-minute walk to Eslite Bookstore, and surrounded by shopping malls like SOGO (Japanese style), Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (********* style), and the neighboring GCL Plaza, making it perfect for an evening stroll to enjoy the night views or for shopping. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern and elegant design. The facilities were new and well-maintained, and the bedding was, as always, incredibly comfortable. I booked an Executive Room this time, which offered unique night views from a high floor and came equipped with a Laifen hairdryer and a capsule coffee machine. The most impressive aspect was the impeccable service, especially from our butler, Yvonne. Even before check-in, she called to discuss my preferences and needs, meticulously arranging a room with a great view. During my stay, her response time was incredibly fast. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or coordinating room service, everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, making me feel like I was interacting with an old friend. Thanks to Yvonne's care, this holiday was exceptionally stress-free and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's breakfast deserves praise. It featured local Suzhou specialties like Zhu Xinnian pork dumplings, handmade large meat buns, and Xucheng Aocao noodles – all full of flavor! From its facilities to its service, Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu truly demonstrates a high standard. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Suzhou!"
