Suzhou Hotels with Balcony

Nice hotel lobby. Functional and sizable room. Facility was good with small gym and laundry room. Service from staff was good all around. Tourist location all very much reachable

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%. Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

They gave me a free room upgrade. This room had a ton of space and plenty of seating! The bed was firm, but comfortable. There are plenty of outlets near the bed. There was no smoke or other weird smell in the room. The room was very clean. Housekeeping only did a quick cleaning each day during the stay, but frankly, I think that that makes more sense anyway for stays of only a few days. They did a good job at the end of my stay to find any left-behind items, which the front desk checked if I wanted. There's a smart toilet with a bidet, and the room curtains open and close electronically. Smart clock on the desk. The fridge was really handy to have. There's an elevator and two sets of stairs. There's also a shared room on the bottom floor with one washer, one dryer and a microwave, which conveniently doesn't have any time restrictions imposed. They asked me to leave a nice review when I checked out, but didn't force me to do it in front of them like some of the unscrupulous hotels in China do. There were only 2 negatives. First con is that there's construction causing lots of the sidewalk near the hotel to be unusable, forcing you to walk into the scooter lane. It's inconvenient and feels a bit hostile, especially if you have rolling luggage. It's not the hotel's fault, so I won't deduct this from their score. Just expect that the 10-minute walk to/from the metro stat inion may actually take longer. Even though you're not right next to the metro station, there are a lot of good Suzhou restaurants close by. You can also walk to Pingjiang and Guanqian streets, the gardens on that side, and the Suzhou museum. Second negative is that the WiFi was a little bit slow. It's fine for browsing, just not serious work.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Love the bath tub and hotel high tech amenities. Perfect place for couples. Easily assessible to places of interest. Comes with complimentary coffee. Communication with hotel staff is seamless and very responsive through wechat. Will definitely come again!

Let me first say the conclusion. This is a super satisfactory new hotel. It is the only choice for future visits to Suzhou. From the front desk to the dining and guest rooms, the service is perfect, and the stay experience is comfortable and relaxing. The high-rise rooms facing the street have unbeatable views of white walls and black tiles, and the Baoen Temple Pagoda is also within easy reach. The geographical location is very advantageous. To the northwest is Shantang Street, to the north is Taohuayuan Street (Tang Bohu's former residence and Wenchang Pavilion), to the northeast is the Humble Administrator's Garden Lion Grove, to the east is Pingjiang Road, and to the southeast is Guanqian Street. It can be said to be the C position of major attractions in the old city of Suzhou. Don't be fooled by the exquisite and small appearance, it is worth having.

My child's school held a sports meeting at the Olympic Sports Center, so I stayed here one night in advance. I didn't expect it to be very cost-effective. It's a one-bedroom apartment, clean and tidy. Go downstairs and cross the road to the Olympic Sports Center, which is closer than walking distance during holidays. This saves me a lot of trouble. But there is no breakfast, and there is no place to buy it nearby.

Excellent services from hotel staffs. We were served with warm tea upon arrival, and offered to have temporary room for resting while waiting for our room to be available. The beds and pillows are super comfortable for both adults and children, which are also selling at the lobby. The room cleanliness is above expectation, however there were smoking smell from time to time. We also love the self-service laundry. The commercial washer and dryer are really efficient, thumb up for the staff who helped with dryer while we were out for touring around. We did enjoy the late night porridge and steamed food after a long day. Overall we had a really pleasant stay, and would like to try out Atour in different cities.

Excellent location, within walking distance to Ping Jiang Road and Guan Qian Street, and also ＜ 5 minutes walking distance away from the Lindun Road station (exit 5). The interior is modern and well maintained, and the hotel room is very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. The staff members are attentive and warm, and will address any issues promptly and efficiently. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel, as staying here provides a great and memorable experience for our Suzhou trip!

This room really surprised me. At first I thought it was just a loft. I even thought that if I was not satisfied with the room, I would upgrade to another room. As a result, I was very satisfied when I entered, and the children were also very happy. At first I thought the toilet and shower area were next to the bed, but it turned out to be downstairs. I was very satisfied and it was also close to Shantang Street. Parking is also convenient. Everyone praised me for finding a good room 💪
