Checked into the Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake, and the location is absolutely unbeatable – just a 2-minute walk from Suzhou Contemporary Art Gallery Metro Station. The hotel's overall vibe is 'Suzhou Cyberpunk,' blending traditional Jiangnan garden aesthetics with vibrant colors, making it super photogenic. In the room, the Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and the B1 pool is heated. After a workout, you can even go cycling by the lake – the free bike rental is a huge plus! The Ferris wheel is right across the street, offering incredible views. During my stay, if I had any issues, I reached out to Guest Relations Manager Scott, who was incredibly responsive online and resolved everything efficiently. The service was truly reassuring.

Took my kids to Suzhou Tongli Lake Hotel for a weekend stay. Their logo is a hoopoe bird, and the experience exceeded our expectations! The room was new, spotless, and thoughtfully detailed, making our stay incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were fantastic: outdoors, you can feed bunnies, and the kids' play area was clean and safe – my child didn't want to leave! The heated pool had crystal-clear water, perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy. The buffet offered fresh, diverse, and delicious food with plenty of choices. On Sunday morning, we did a travel photoshoot in the Suzhou-style garden right next to the hotel. With its white walls, dark-tiled roofs, winding corridors, and ornate windows, every step offered a picturesque scene. It's a wonderful family-friendly hotel with a serene environment and attentive service!

Incredible! This residence is magnificent. The location is perfect! A haven of peace and quiet right next to the lively canals. Everything is charming and delicate. The room decor, the tea amenities, the shower facilities, and the bedding are all incredible. The undeniable highlight is the incredibly serene pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after enchanting strolls through the old town. Go there without hesitation!

🌿 Suzhou's Hidden Gem: A Healing Hotel I Didn't Want to Leave! For a weekend city escape, I specifically chose a tranquil spot amidst the hustle and bustle, and unearthed this hidden gem of a hotel! ✨ The location is super convenient, making getting around a breeze. The butler service was incredibly warm and attentive. I was staying on the third floor, and they kindly carried my luggage all the way up. The hotel also offers a direct shuttle to scenic spots, saving me the trouble of finding a taxi when visiting the gardens. The entire hotel exudes a strong Suzhou ambiance. The complex also features many restaurants and charming little shops, creating a wonderful atmosphere. From 10 AM to 10 PM daily, the hotel offers various special healing programs to experience. The front desk can also arrange private car services to attractions like Zhouzhuang and Tongli, as well as nighttime boat tours of Suzhou~ This time, I booked a room called 'Liao Ran Tai,' which was very unique. The room came with a balcony and a bathtub. The evening breeze in Suzhou this season was perfectly cool and comfortable. Taking a relaxing bath while enjoying the evening breeze completely washed away all my travel fatigue. The bathtub was equipped with a disposable liner, and we received complimentary small fruits upon check-in – little details everywhere. The experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou! ✅

First time here, I'd read a lot about it beforehand. It definitely lived up to the hype! The hotel has a rich history and deep heritage, and the service was incredibly warm. They even allowed an early check-in and upgraded me to an 'Infinite' room. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were from a high-end brand. What really impressed me was the individually wrapped towels – that's a rare and thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which might be due to being on the first floor. But that's a small issue that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The four main scenic spots within the garden are also a big plus; I highly recommend taking part in the tour, especially for first-time guests. It's about 30 minutes long and well-planned. Breakfast was excellent, with both Chinese and Western options. I recommend the red soup noodles and douhua; I even had two bowls of the braised pork noodles. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and attractions. A walk along Shiquan Street at night is wonderfully relaxing. It's also very close to the Master of the Nets Garden. It's a shame I only stayed for the weekend; I'll definitely have to come back if I get the chance!

This resort is a bit old, and the facilities do show their age. However, you can tell it was built to a high standard, with spacious rooms, a separate wet and dry area, double sinks, and a large bathroom with an automatic toilet. The shower stall is an add-on next to the bathtub, and the water pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. It has all the amenities of a standard hotel, and since it focuses on families, all table corners are child-proofed. Kids' slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, and footstools are all provided. The courtyard has a carousel, go-karts, a playground, a mini-train, and even small animals – kids are sure to have a great time. The front desk called before, during, and after check-in to ask about our needs and our stay, promptly resolving any issues. For that, I'm happy to give five stars. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the pastries and baked goods were a bit subpar. There's also a late-night congee served at 8 PM. You can really see the effort put in by the hotel management.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou this time and paid to upgrade to a suite! The one-bedroom, one-living room layout was very comfortable, with the living room and bedroom separate, offering plenty of space. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was super soft, the bathroom facilities worked great, and the water pressure was strong. The location is convenient for getting around, and the staff were friendly and responsive. It's suitable for both leisure trips and temporary work. The upgrade was definitely worth the extra money, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Spent a weekend at the Novotel Suzhou Taihu Hot Spring Hotel and was really impressed by their complete range of facilities. The rooms are spacious and provide a very comfortable stay. There's a great selection of recreational activities, with various hot spring pools and indoor/outdoor swimming pools to choose from. They also have excellent facilities for families, including an indoor play area, kids' water slides, and outdoor adventure activities – truly something for everyone, adults and children alike. The overall environment is clean and tidy. You could easily spend a whole day here without getting bored, making it perfect for a family vacation. The front desk was also very prompt and thorough in resolving any issues.

I was upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. What really blew me away was the hotel lobby – the design aesthetics are just incredible, absolutely stunning! The whole hotel is filled with lush greenery, giving you a real vacation vibe. The breakfast was Western style, not really to my taste, but the environment was definitely amazing. The food near the hotel, especially the chicken wontons, was surprisingly good – I'll definitely be having them again next time! The service was also great, and they even have a shuttle bus.
