A warm hotel with thoughtful and attentive service. I brought my family and one-year-old baby on this trip, and we met a group of very considerate hotel staff. A big thank you to Manager Wang Chuang 👍🏻, Zhang Ya, and Xiao Qiu – all of whom are truly passionate about their work. Zhang Ya even helped decorate the room before we checked in, which made both my family and the baby very happy!

The hotel's hardware truly impressed me; the nautical cruise theme is fresh and innovative, and the lobby has a fantastic ambiance, making you feel like you've boarded a giant cruise ship. The guest rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant style with soft lighting, and the bedding is skin-friendly. The washroom area is clean and dry. The soundproofing is excellent; despite the lively lake view outside, the room remains perfectly quiet. The public areas are exquisitely maintained, and a stroll along the lakeside pier and walkway is very therapeutic. Breakfast is rich and diverse, and the staff are friendly and efficient in resolving any issues. If you're coming to Suzhou for a vacation, this hotel is definitely worth prioritizing. #DolphinScallop

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque landmark, this guesthouse offers stunning views of Pingjiang Road at night. There's a cat café right across the street, which is a lovely touch. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even do your laundry for free. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making this a fantastic choice for your stay.

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with a large bed that comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. The hotel is located on Pingjiang Road, making it very convenient to visit museums and gardens. It's also very close to the subway station. Stepping out, you're right on a lively street, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel breakfast was also quite substantial. This hotel is definitely worth recommending.

I have a special affection for Nanyuan. Ever since my wedding, I've recommended it to countless friends and family, and every single one has raved about it. I truly believe it's the best hotel in Suzhou, with a rich heritage and an excellent team that maintains this historic state guesthouse exceptionally well. This time, I stayed in the newly renovated Yingjie Building, on the Woyun floor, and I must say the room absolutely blew me away. This garden-style hotel will always be one of my favorites, and I plan to revisit it every year. Thank you for your service.

An excellent experience! The location is superb, within walking distance to Tongli Ancient Town, making travel and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Our housekeeper, Xiao Wang, was warm, thoughtful, and provided attentive, detailed service, always ready to help with any request. The resort environment is elegant and tranquil, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money – a top choice for any trip!

Came to Suzhou for Zhou Shen's concert. The hotel is in the city center, right next to Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden, making it super convenient for getting around. There are lots of restaurants nearby and 24-hour supermarkets. Guests also get discounts on tickets to attractions. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful.

An absolutely exceptional hotel experience, made truly unforgettable by the extraordinary level of service and dedication of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail. The entire team went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a hotel staff. A very special mention must go to Kong Chengjie, whose help was simply extraordinary. I had accidentally dropped my phone into a river and had almost given up any hope of finding it. Kong Chengjie meticulously reconstructed all of our movements and the places we had visited, carefully working out where the phone might have been lost. Thanks to his incredible determination, patience, and attention to detail, he actually managed to recover my phone from the river. This was far more than excellent customer service — it was an extraordinary act of dedication and genuine care that I will never forget. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The facilities and overall experience are excellent, but it is the people who truly make this place exceptional. My deepest thanks to the entire team, and especially to Kong Chengjie, for turning a potentially disastrous situation into an unforgettable example of outstanding hospitality. Without hesitation, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Highly recommended! Btw: I have extended my Booking for 4 days in this hotel!

The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the surroundings are also very beautiful. The service is attentive, and I really love this hotel. It's clean and bright, and the staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is located in the central area of Pingjiang Road, right at its entrance, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The road is wide, and choosing this hotel for your trip is definitely the right decision. The service is excellent, they offer free luggage storage, and even helped us with a late check-out for a special request. The attention to detail is superb, and the overall experience was fantastic!
