"The inn's location is fantastic, directly across from the Lion Grove Garden, and very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient! I had originally booked the smallest room in the inn. When I arrived, I asked the owner if a free upgrade was possible, as many guests had mentioned being upgraded. Without a second thought, the owner immediately upgraded me to the largest room—the service was truly exceptional! The room decor was beautiful, especially the large bed, which perfectly embodies classical Chinese aesthetics. There was also a tatami tea table and a small arhat bed. The front desk even provides a sewing kit for mending clothes, all of which speaks volumes about the owner's excellent service. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou."

"This hotel, aptly named 'Design Hotel,' truly lives up to its name with exceptional design. It's warm, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. I practically photographed every nook and cranny! The rooms are spotless and feel just like home. They've thoughtfully designed a platform by the window, where you can sit on the sofa or at the table to read or have tea – it's incredibly cozy! Outside the window, there's a bustling street, and directly opposite is a metro station, making transportation super convenient. It's also very close to all the tourist attractions; Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden are just a few minutes' bike ride away. And when you close the windows, it's completely quiet inside. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel too. Overall, I absolutely loved and was very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou."

The hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.

The room had no strange odors upon entering, and the floor corners were dust-free. The floor-to-ceiling windows were spotless and clear. The bathroom was clean with a dry-wet separation, and there was no standing water or limescale on the vanity or in the shower area. The hotel's overall environment is serene, with stunning lake views from the lobby. There's a walkway connecting to the hotel, offering a beautiful stroll around the lake, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to the base of the Gate of the Orient. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, featuring authentic Suzhou noodles, and there were many coffee machines, so it never felt crowded. The room service was prompt, and the staff were polite, proactively asking about my stay. Their attention to detail was evident, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. And the dolphin ice cream was a delightful touch! Five-star rating across the board!

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

On the first day of my vacation, I traveled to Suzhou and booked the Youngor Fugu Hotel. I stayed here many years ago and had a great impression, so I chose it again this time. Not only is it located on Guanqian Street, close to various attractions, making it convenient for evening strolls, but the hotel's service is also excellent. The room was very clean, and even more surprising, it was upgraded to a garden-view room. It was very quiet, the bedding was great, and I slept wonderfully. This trip was a fantastic experience, and next time I'll come back with my girlfriends to try out the Suzhou-style Qipao experience!

An excellent experience! The location is superb, within walking distance to Tongli Ancient Town, making travel and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Our housekeeper, Xiao Wang, was warm, thoughtful, and provided attentive, detailed service, always ready to help with any request. The resort environment is elegant and tranquil, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money – a top choice for any trip!

Came to Suzhou for Zhou Shen's concert. The hotel is in the city center, right next to Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden, making it super convenient for getting around. There are lots of restaurants nearby and 24-hour supermarkets. Guests also get discounts on tickets to attractions. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful.

Came to Suzhou for a concert during the May Day holiday and brought the kids and my parents along for a trip. The hotel is just a few steps from the subway station. You need to transfer to get to the Olympic Sports Center, but it's very convenient, only about three stops in total. The three-bedroom suite we booked this time was perfect for a large family like ours. It also has three bathrooms and a large double-door refrigerator. However, someone had put durian in the fridge before, and it smelled awful, making it unusable for us. I hope the hotel can do a better job with cleaning and deodorizing! There's an oven, microwave, and induction hob, but no pots or pans were provided. Does that mean they expect guests to cook or not? We didn't need to cook, but it just felt a bit confusing. There are restaurants and convenience stores right across from the hotel.

A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. There are also many cheongsam shops nearby, and even a restaurant recommended by CCTV. The hotel's style is incredibly unique; my friend and I have never encountered a hotel with such a distinctive decor! The staff are also wonderful; most of them are women, which felt very reassuring. They were always quick to attend to any requests, and even though they were all women, they handled our luggage with impressive efficiency – truly excellent!
