HHasbiniIt was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

AAnonymous UserI really loved this place. I had a view over the river and it was a very nice view at night. The hotel phoned me early the morning of my first day of stay to ensure that I did not get lost.
I also forgot my charger there so they even sent me this via post back to my home .
The location is great as it is just outside of Ancient Town.You basically cross a small bridge from Ancient town and you are there! The nice thing was that you are outside of the hustle and bustle of China Town but still close enough to quickly walkover.
The room is great and cosy.
I would stay there again.

__WeChat18225****The hotel is very close to Tiger Hill and Hanshan Temple. The environment is beautiful and quiet, and the rooms are clean and spacious, offering great value for money! It's much better than the crowded city center. The front desk service is warm and friendly, and there's hot water available. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Park Hyatt Suzhou at the beginning of 2026 for the New Year. The hotel's interior design is very elegant, with beautiful sights everywhere you look. Our garden view room overlooked a koi pond, and watching the fish swim around was quite enjoyable. The bed in the room was spacious and comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent. My family particularly enjoyed the à la carte old duck vermicelli soup, and the shrimp dumplings and pan-fried buns were also very good.

KKeguanlaidianchaI decided to come here with my friends to take photos of BJD because of the environment. It is indeed a very beautiful B&B. The guest area and the coffee shop and restaurant in front are separated by a gate, so it is very quiet and no one disturbs you when taking photos. The staff are very nice. I accidentally dropped a small photo prop in the yard, and they contacted me to return it~ Although we booked late this time, the ginkgo leaves have almost fallen, but they are still very beautiful. It is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it would be if it was two weeks earlier! ! ! My friend and I are very satisfied. We will definitely go early next year~

ZZJL81890My partner and I drove an hour from Shanghai to Kunshan for a weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, a high-end, star-rated hotel that's been open for a year. It's located at 333 Qianjin East Road, and Xiajiahe Park Station on Metro Line 11 is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is upscale and well-equipped. The surrounding area offers parks perfect for a stroll and relaxation, plus nearby amenities like Seamall Plaza and RT-Mart supermarket. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful, with two levels in the underground garage and additional spaces available above ground. Most of the staff were energetic young people, and their service was excellent – very warm and attentive. On the evening of our check-in, we even saw two coach buses full of Jiangsu Super League fans dining in the hotel's Western restaurant, which made for a lively atmosphere. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor was a bit pricey, as expected for a high-end hotel, but I really enjoyed the food. After we ordered, the staff kindly pointed out that we'd ordered too much for just two people and explained the portion sizes. I ended up cutting two dishes from our order, and what we received was just the right amount. The breakfast buffet was also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, including the local specialty, Kunshan Azao noodles. A steaming bowl of those was both heartwarming and stomach-warming. Overall, I think this was a very good stay.

1. The owner of the inn is a famous Suzhou garden designer, so the taste and foundation of the inn are very good.
2. The male and female managers have a good hobby and cultivation of tea art/meditation and meditation, which adds a lot of added value and fun to the inn.
3. In addition to the good breakfast included in the inn, the inn owner will also invite customers to join their private lunch and dinner, which is very authentic Hunan cuisine, which is simply a unique and exquisite dish in Tongli.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent and incredibly welcoming. You won't have to worry about finding your way, as the host proactively sends you navigation details and directions on how to get there. Upon arrival at the island, they thoughtfully picked us up in a small vehicle and drove us directly to our accommodation.
The room itself was lovely and very spacious. The island is wonderfully quiet, not at all heavily commercialized, and possesses a charming, unspoiled simplicity.
It's truly an ideal spot for a relaxing retreat!

MM16760****As a bed and breakfast, Sicily's facilities and services gave us many unexpected delights! ✨
The hotel's exterior design is unique, there's ample parking, and the rooms are clean and tidy. You can comfortably enjoy the outside scenery from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Our multi-story room also came with a private entertainment room, a mahjong table, a small courtyard, and a mini hot tub. We borrowed a BBQ grill and charcoal from the hotel, and they also have an outdoor pool, lakeside coffee seating, and a KTV/billiards room, so we partied until the early hours.
In terms of service, besides breakfast, the hotel also offers afternoon tea, a pre-bed sweet soup, and fruit snacks. They were incredibly thoughtful and always accommodating. When checking out the next day, they informed us that no one had booked our room for that night, so we could check out later. That proactive service alone deserves five stars!👍

HHuahuaxiaojiejiePerhaps due to the room type, both rooms were far from the elevator. Around 8 a.m., there was a thumping noise from upstairs. The room was spacious, but the downside was that there was no TV or refrigerator. If you wanted to cool something, you had to go up to the second floor, which was quite inconvenient. If you were picking up a tour driver, you had to have him go into the lobby and scan a QR code before you could leave.
The breakfast here was very poor. There was no basic milk, juice, or sauces. The outside bar only had two kinds of pickled cucumber and plain porridge. I got a bowl of bland noodles, so I skipped it the next day! It was simply not good.
It's a shame that the hotel rooms are basic, but the food wasn't well-received.
