"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly convenient for everything – dining, entertainment, and transportation. The Line 5 subway station is just a few steps away, and it's an easy walk to Shiquan Street and Fenghuang Street. Honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel with a better location. The service and facilities are good, and while the hygiene is generally good, there's still some room for improvement, as I occasionally noticed a smoke smell in the hallway. I've stayed here multiple times, and it offers good value for money."

"The hotel is extremely close to Guanqian Street Pedestrian Street, just a 600-meter walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly responsible and enthusiastic, providing 24-hour service. One night, we returned past midnight and couldn't find parking; a staff member actually came down to personally help us locate one of the hotel's exclusive parking spots. The service was absolutely phenomenal – truly couldn't ask for better! 🥰 The environment was also very pleasant."

"This hotel is a well-established, upscale property. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. When they saw I had a child during check-in, they immediately offered a lovely kids' toiletry kit. Inside were orange-scented toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, and more – all smelled wonderful! The room's cleanliness was decent, but I'd suggest replacing the carpet as it didn't feel very clean. The hotel also has its own Chinese restaurant with fair prices and generous portions, and the food tastes really good! The shrimp, in particular, was delicious! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the fried rice was excellent, comparable to what you'd find in a good restaurant! In terms of transportation, it's fairly close to the subway, about an 800-meter walk. For its price point, this hotel is quite good! I'd definitely consider staying here again!"

"Choosing this hotel for my Suzhou trip was absolutely the right decision! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street, so you can easily explore and eat without needing a taxi. Step outside, and you're right in the heart of local life. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes. There's a fantastic selection of food and drinks nearby, with places like Yaba Shengjian and Shuangta Market just around the corner – it’s ideal for anyone visiting Suzhou! Great value for money, I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel's location is pretty good, with plenty of food options nearby and close proximity to Guanqian Street. It's just a bit far from the subway station. The room itself is very spacious and wide, a duplex, with fantastic facilities including a bathtub and a sauna. The front desk service was also excellent. Overall, it's highly recommended."

"I booked this hotel because I wanted to try out this style, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience. The only minor drawback was that the location was a bit hard to find at first; after parking the car at the entrance of Pingjiang Road, we had to walk a distance, and the ground was uneven, which made it a bit challenging with luggage. On the day of check-in, the front desk surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which was a really pleasant surprise. The front desk staff also had an excellent attitude, making us feel very well taken care of. Additionally, upon check-in, thoughtful touches like small cookies, fruit, yogurt, and a welcome card were provided. These little details really enhanced the experience. The only thing is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't know how to operate it, or if it was designed that way. It would have been perfect if the lighting brightness could be adjusted."

"The hotel's location is excellent. I decided to book it on a whim while passing by. I'm not sure why I couldn't find it when searching by name initially; I had to include 'Guanqian Street' to locate it. Staying here turned out to be an unexpectedly great value for money! The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The package also included complimentary attraction tickets and a Qipao experience, offering plenty of activities. They even gave me a really cute keychain when I checked out, which made me very happy!"

"I booked the Yunlan Inn after a long comparison on Ctrip for our family trip to Suzhou with my parents. Although it's a guesthouse, the environment is excellent. It's a beautifully decorated small courtyard that offers peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. The owner is very welcoming, always greeting us and chatting a bit whenever we met, which made us feel very warm. The room facilities are also good; the shower had great water pressure, the bathroom was free of any odd smells, and the bed was comfortable. The inn is incredibly close to Pingjiang Road, Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and the main building of the Suzhou Museum, all within a few hundred meters' walk. It was a very satisfying experience."
