Suzhou Hotels with Hot Tub

It's definitely a large space for 2 seniors and another couple. In general, the amenities are sufficient - overall furnishings were just dated (90/00s style) Though we are staying on a non-smoking floor, there was still a reek of cigarettes. There were clearing a couple of ciggy butts near the lift. Staff only came up to spray freshener / ventilation after feedback. For improvement: dining chairs were old and cushions were sunken.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%. Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

We had a great experience with the Hampton hotel back in the States a while ago. This one didn’t disappoint us at all. After check in, we were welcomed by a robot, which carried a plate of fresh fruits to our room. We basically just followed it for the direction. Yes, the robot can take the elevator by itself. The room we stayed was spacious and clean. The water pressure was as good as the U.S. counterparts. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty with the combination of East and West foods. After returning from the breakfast, we were surprised that the housekeeper had done her job even though we didn’t turn on the request light.

Modern clean and brand new hotel with easy access to many attractions. Bathroom accessories and hair & body products were of very high quality. All day and Night market is just outside the hotel and hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and fashion shops. Everything you need is just outside the hotel. Fantastic barber is just next door.  Breakfast was delicious. All staffs including house keeping were super friendly and professional and we used translation app to communicate. Would definitely stay at Hamptons by Hilton again and highly recommend to anyone.

We had a pleasant and welcoming stay at this hotel. Service is excellent!! When we reached, the boss of the hotel was at the lobby to welcome us. He was friendly and bubbly. He gave suggestion to book a car ride to our hotel at hangzhou, so that we don’t have to worry about transportation the next day. He told us that there will be pouring rain at noon and reminded us to bring umbrella which was sweet and thoughtful of him. The room was not ready so we headed out for brunch and shopping first. Our luggages were already brought up to our room when we returned to hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly too. We were not sure how to take Didi and they guided us. There is a free laundry service as well. Really appreciated this service especially our clothes/scarf were drenched due to the pouring rain. The room is super cozy, clean and 中国风. It has a sensor toilet and fast drying hair dryer. There’s a lounge for us to store food in the fridge. The next day when we checked out, the boss was at the lobby and he ordered the staffs to carry our luggages to the car. The driver he recommended was friendly and manage to safely sent us to Hangzhou hotel. Nice and tidy. Good for business travel Reasonable breakfast balanced between western and Chinese style

They gave me a free room upgrade. This room had a ton of space and plenty of seating! The bed was firm, but comfortable. There are plenty of outlets near the bed. There was no smoke or other weird smell in the room. The room was very clean. Housekeeping only did a quick cleaning each day during the stay, but frankly, I think that that makes more sense anyway for stays of only a few days. They did a good job at the end of my stay to find any left-behind items, which the front desk checked if I wanted. There's a smart toilet with a bidet, and the room curtains open and close electronically. Smart clock on the desk. The fridge was really handy to have. There's an elevator and two sets of stairs. There's also a shared room on the bottom floor with one washer, one dryer and a microwave, which conveniently doesn't have any time restrictions imposed. They asked me to leave a nice review when I checked out, but didn't force me to do it in front of them like some of the unscrupulous hotels in China do. There were only 2 negatives. First con is that there's construction causing lots of the sidewalk near the hotel to be unusable, forcing you to walk into the scooter lane. It's inconvenient and feels a bit hostile, especially if you have rolling luggage. It's not the hotel's fault, so I won't deduct this from their score. Just expect that the 10-minute walk to/from the metro stat inion may actually take longer. Even though you're not right next to the metro station, there are a lot of good Suzhou restaurants close by. You can also walk to Pingjiang and Guanqian streets, the gardens on that side, and the Suzhou museum. Second negative is that the WiFi was a little bit slow. It's fine for browsing, just not serious work.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Love the bath tub and hotel high tech amenities. Perfect place for couples. Easily assessible to places of interest. Comes with complimentary coffee. Communication with hotel staff is seamless and very responsive through wechat. Will definitely come again!
