"The hotel boasts a fantastic location. UniPark is nearby, offering plenty of dining options. You can easily walk or take public transport directly to Shiquan Street for a pleasant city walk. Both bus stops and subway stations are conveniently close, and getting to Jinji Lake by metro is also very convenient. Suzhou University (Suda) is in the vicinity, making it a great option for families with high school-aged children.
The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They proactively called us beforehand to provide important travel tips. Any requests we had were promptly addressed. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully prepared cooling patches for the children and provided complimentary drinking water."

"My stay at Anshe Hotel was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the subway station. This made it super easy to explore Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street for food and shopping, and also to visit iconic spots like the Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they were always proactive in helping us with any issues. The complimentary water and fan upon departure was a lovely and warm touch. The hotel boasts a beautiful Suzhou-style garden aesthetic, with tranquil water features and lush greenery. Our room was spotless, featuring smart voice control for lighting and curtains, a 100-inch projector, and a pressure-relieving mattress, providing both comfort and a modern, high-tech feel. Complimentary minibar drinks and the option to have the AC turned on before arrival show a great attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou!"

"Before my stay, I was quite concerned about potential noise, given its location right above Guanqian Street. However, once checked in, it was completely quiet – absolutely no noise at all, so there was no need to worry! Everything from the service, ambiance, to the cleanliness earned a five-star rating. Getting to various attractions by taxi was very convenient, and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby. A special shout-out to the front desk staff; the young ladies and gentlemen were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"When planning my trip to Suzhou, I saw Guanqian Street was a top pick on Ctrip, which led me to choose the AC Hotel by Marriott. It's in a really lively spot on Renmin Road, with tons of street food just steps away. The subway station is only a 7-minute walk, and you can easily stroll to Guanqian Street in the evening. It's super convenient for exploring and eating.
A big shout-out – Marriott hotels really do stand out. Even though it's one of their 'boutique' or 'lifestyle' brands, it's perfectly achieved a simple yet stylish design. The moment you step in, there's this immediate modern vibe. The lighting is soft, the room was spotless, and every detail was well thought out. The bathroom fixtures were all TOTO. Plus, the front desk gave me an upgrade, and the room was wonderfully quiet.
The breakfast deserves a special mention – it was absolutely fantastic! They offered a wonderful blend of Chinese and Western options, with a particularly rich Western spread. All the breads were delicious, and there was always a generous plate of fresh vegetable salad. The coffee was nice too. And wow, the Suzhou red soup noodles and braised pork noodles were incredibly tasty! You didn't even need to hunt for noodle shops elsewhere; you could just enjoy different varieties right there every morning.
**Facilities**: Super modern, and everything felt brand new.
**Cleanliness**: Absolutely spotless, a solid 10/10 from me!
**Location/Environment**: In the heart of the business district, it's super convenient to get around from here. I'd even recommend exploring by bike!
**Service**: A big shout-out to a polite young man with 'big eyes' (I didn't catch his employee ID) who provided exceptional service at the first-floor breakfast. He was incredibly attentive and polite – definitely deserves special praise!"

"After staying one night, we promptly decided to extend our stay for another. The hotel is conveniently located on the second floor, directly on Pingjiang Road. Despite being a street-facing room, the double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation – we didn't hear any street noise at all. It's a beautifully designed hotel, converted from an old building, boasting a charming vintage aesthetic with natural wood and white walls. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet, while Roca (not Toto), was perfectly adequate. The central AC operates independently from the room's main power, and it was already running and cooling the room when we arrived, which was a huge plus! There's also a communal self-service washing machine. They have a gym, but it was closed during our visit. With around 20 rooms in total, a few offer lake views. It's super convenient for getting anywhere, and the subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away."

"This stay exceeded my expectations. The small courtyard is meticulously designed, with a terrace, a stone table, and a half-courtyard. The layout is elegant and unique, creating a unique scene. There aren't many rooms, and the stunning riverside view isn't reserved for guest rooms. Instead, it's been transformed into open areas like a teahouse and courtyard for relaxation. Sip tea, enjoy the breeze, admire the view, and simply relax in the courtyard. It's truly a wonderful experience. I stayed in a street-facing suite, which was tastefully decorated and equipped with BOSE speakers and the owner's own brewed tea. Listening to music and sipping tea on the couch was very satisfying. The bedding and toiletries were excellent, and the attention to detail was evident. I finished my breakfast to the sound of birdsong in the courtyard. A day or a month passed, peaceful and tranquil. That's all... I hope to come back here someday."

TTingmeizhi152The location is superb, incredibly close to all the attractions, making it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring. The ambiance was wonderful and full of character. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and very comfortable. We had an absolutely fantastic time and a wonderfully comfortable stay.

FFentataThe room is clean, there is no smell, the elevator is fast and convenient to manage very well, no need to wait for a long time. I like the style of the hotel the most. Toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer are orange flavors, and the price is high. Ctrip booked to enjoy upgrades, late check-out and other services. You can also do laundry and exercise.

GGuest UserWhen my best friend and I visited Zhouzhuang, we considered several guesthouses and ultimately chose Mulan, which is conveniently located near the Shen Hall ticket office. Its location is truly superb; once you're past the entrance, it's right in the heart of the ancient town, making it incredibly easy to get around. They also have an adorable little Corgi and a kitten – so cute! The owner, a lovely young lady, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She proactively provided directions to the guesthouse beforehand and even met us at the entrance. The guesthouse's small garden is also beautiful and perfect for photos. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Zhouzhuang.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blossom Hill Blossom Hill Tongli, and overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will stay there again if I visit Tongli. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, which was a definite plus. The room itself was lovely, with a charming ambiance and tasteful decor. It was evident that attention had been given to the details, and the cleanliness was commendable.
The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were also well-maintained and provided a touch of luxury. I appreciated the effort put into creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.
One area where the hotel fell short was the breakfast. It was not held in the same location as the hotel, and reaching the restaurant required a long walk. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited to Chinese cuisine, which may not suit everyone's preferences. I found this to be a drawback as I would have preferred a wider variety of choices.
On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were attentive to my needs and provided assistance whenever required. However, one disappointment was that while my friends received a lovely fruit basket in their room, there was none in mine. It was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall experience.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying here. The location is absolutely fantastic, very convenient for transportation, and all the staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The rooms are also spacious and very quiet. There's a restaurant right next door that offers great food at very reasonable prices. The entrance to Pingjiang Road is directly across the street, and if you turn left from the hotel, you'll find Shuangta Market, both offering a plethora of food and drink options. This time, I tried the drunken crab and drunken large-head shrimp, and both were absolutely delicious.

Its kitchen configuration and parent-child services are particularly outstanding, but improvements need to be made in terms of spraying less air freshener and surrounding convenience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with the utmost warmth and professionalism, making me feel immediately welcomed. The hotel's location is superb, nestled in a vibrant area that boasts a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern convenience.
The room I was allocated was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The view of Lion Mountain added a serene backdrop to my stay, reminding me of Suzhou's natural beauty.
Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both local and international options, all delicious and freshly prepared. The attention to detail in service and presentation was evident throughout my dining experiences.
What truly set Atour Hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and eager to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots were spot-on, enhancing my exploration of Suzhou.

Vvicky778The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Suzhou Museum West, and the subway station is just 200 meters away, making it incredibly convenient!
I checked in yesterday afternoon, and the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They kindly assigned us a city-view room on the 17th floor and even offered complimentary drinks!
The room, approximately 28 square meters, was spotlessly clean and offered an expansive view from the window.
Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor and offers excellent value for money!
I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou.

LLaoDaWeiThis was my go to hotel in Suzhou for location and price. The room facilities are excellent - with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are not modern but have a dated charm - there is also a window in the bathroom and a bathtub for those that like a soak.
The breakfast is above average.
My one complaint AND IT'S A BIG ONE! In the executive studios the bathroom doors have been wedged open - this is clearly a privacy issue but also the kitchen is next to the bathroom. No-one wants to stare at a toilet while they are cooking lunch. What were the management thinking - ruining a perfectly good room! A couple of stars knocked off until that issue is sorted!
