Luxury Hotels in Suzhou

The environment is really good. If the weather is not good, it is still very nice to walk. The only drawback is that the temperature of the swimming pool was low that day, only 26 degrees, and the small pool next to it was very dirty. I guess it was too cold and not used much, so it was not taken seriously. But for this environment, I will go again next time; I hope the swimming pool can be fixed next time; I was surprised that the service in the restaurant was very good and proactive, and they even packed a piece of fruit for us, which was great

Environment: First-class environment, ceiling of Suzhou Garden. 5 points. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. 5 points. Facilities: Complete hardware facilities, lack of warm details and soft furnishings. The living room is large, but the tables and chairs are uncomfortable to sit on. 4 points. Service: The room rate is 3188. I don't think it's expensive for this garden environment, but the service at this price is substandard. Reception courtesy, luggage delivery to the room, these are all OK, I'm not a picky person, but what I can't accept is that at 1:00 p.m. on the second day of our stay, there was the biggest typhoon since 1949. We were still having breakfast at 8 o'clock. The manager came to tell us whether we would stay today or not. If not, leave early. I said that we originally planned to leave today, but we definitely couldn't get on the road before the typhoon passed. As the only place for us to take shelter from the wind, the hotel did not think about how to avoid risks for the guests at the first time, but drove the guests out of the hotel at the first time. The manager said that the government required all guests to leave the hotels near Taihu Lake. So since the government did not allow them to stay, why did your hotel say that I could stay for another day? What's more, you checked out at 12 noon, and I was still eating before 9 o'clock. You came to ask me to leave? It doesn't matter if the other services are better or worse. No one can be completely considerate, but I chose your hotel. In the face of natural disasters, when guests need help the most, it is very difficult to accept such a hospitality of driving guests away. I have been out for more than ten days, and this is the first time I am dissatisfied with the hotel service. I hope it will be corrected.

A very good hotel! I will definitely come back again and again, because there are surprises everywhere, and the details are designed everywhere, from the lobby to the room, from the garden to the soft furnishings, from the hardware to the service, the level of the four seasons is reflected everywhere. The hotel integrates the design of Suzhou gardens, which is grand and charming. While waiting for breakfast, the scenery sketches on both sides can make people appreciate for a long time, and the waiter can also remember your preferences and what you were doing when you met you before, which is really attentive. Because the room was full, I couldn't upgrade the room type for free, but upgraded the welcome fruit, which was a big and rich plate. The bathroom in the room is a little cramped. The blue and white porcelain screen is the highlight, the bed is very comfortable, and the blackout curtains are tightly covered, so you can sleep soundly without being affected by a trace of light. The transportation is very convenient, and there are many choices for eating within 1” walk. There are also many coffee shops, which are very petty and have many choices.

Lovely new hotel, I feel so spoiled by them it’s going to be hard to go back to normal hotels. The room is so so spacious, even without considering the courtyard space. The room was designed with relaxation in mind - bath tub with bath salts, all sorts of tea bags and tea leaves, incense, essential oil. We even got fragrance pouches when we arrived. The hot tub in the courtyard is also really nice to soak in, just a bit cold in winter because you have to walk out from the cozy bedroom into the courtyard. On Christmas Eve they even gave us a cute bamboo muffin cupcake with a snowman topper. Our room came with breakfast, which was a good thing because the hotel is very far from everything else. Breakfast quality is passable, but the restaurant manager on duty on our first two days was much more attentive than the one on our last day, which is ironic as there were more customers on the first two days due to a tour group being there. There are two malls that are about 5-10 mins drive away, but I recommend paradise walk over golden eagle as the former has more shops operating. Apart from the location of the hotel being one downside, another downside was the location of our room as we had to pass through a flight of stairs. So we had to get the staff to help with the luggage since there were too many steps to climb to get to the hotel lobby. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel! Would recommend for short stays to pamper yourself!

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

The service at Naked Water is second to none. We were so well taken care of during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and the villa had everything we could need. The free bike rental was nice as we could explore the surrounding area easily. The spa was also excellent. I had one of the best massages in my life. I’d highly recommend this hotel. We made a mistake booking only one night.
