Suzhou Hotels with Breakfast

This time, my sister and I visited Suzhou again and booked this hotel 🏨. We stayed here last year, and both the environment and service were excellent! So, we chose to stay here again. The hotel 🏨 is conveniently located right on Pingjiang Road. After checking in, you also get two complimentary tickets to a Pingtan teahouse 🆓. Last time, we had a king-size room, and this time we got a twin room. There's even a rocking chair in the room that my sister found so comfortable she didn't want to go out sightseeing! The hotel 🏨 room rate includes breakfast, and both the braised pork noodles and braised beef noodles were delicious. After breakfast, we took a nice stroll along Pingjiang Road!

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

My stay at the Kimpton Bamboo Grove Suzhou was full of pleasant surprises, and I absolutely have to commend our dedicated butler, Cherry. Before we even arrived, Cherry was incredibly thoughtful during our pre-arrival communication, proactively arranging a complimentary room upgrade for us. This gesture made a fantastic first impression and instantly won us over. Our room was a spacious 58 square meters, offering an open and grand feel with absolutely no sense of being cramped. The bathroom featured practical dual sinks, making it super convenient for two people to get ready simultaneously without bothering each other. The room's soundproofing was exceptional; despite being in a busy area, it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful day and excellent quality rest. The room also came with a recessed balcony, boasting a simple yet elegant design. From the balcony, we could enjoy the hotel's graceful garden views – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The interior furnishings throughout the room were exquisitely tasteful, and all amenities were complete and well-appointed, showing great attention to detail. The hotel as a whole exudes an elegant Suzhou garden style, with every step within the grounds revealing a beautiful new vista. Cherry was always available on WeChat, responding quickly and meticulously to all our small requests. From the room upgrade to her daily thoughtful care, we felt genuine sincerity every step of the way. This hotel is ideal for both a relaxing getaway and a leisurely trip. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Suzhou.

Both receptionists were very friendly and offered tea during check-in. They also kindly asked if I wanted a room upgrade and breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque landmark, this guesthouse offers stunning views of Pingjiang Road at night. There's a cat café right across the street, which is a lovely touch. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even do your laundry for free. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making this a fantastic choice for your stay.

The location was directly at the tourist attraction very convenient. Hotel amenities are great, love the Dyson hair dryer and the hot water dispenser save time to boil. A very warm feeling staying in tte hotel as they will serve evening drink into our room and on the check out day they packed us a small bag of titbits which elevated the whole staying experience that they care for every guest. The staff were very friendly and polite, have to give special credits to 小海 and the 小姐姐 at the front desk whom served us on day 1. Despite my endless questions, they still patiently attended to me. Last but not least the wonderful shuttle service that they provide and the driver gave us good advice. Thumbs up to him!

If I had to describe this hotel in four words, it would be: “Always Ready to Help.” After checking in, guests are assigned a dedicated WeChat contact, making it easy to communicate any requests or questions directly with the hotel. The customer service manager responds very quickly and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and overall experience. Any issues, big or small, are handled efficiently, giving you a true sense that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and drying facilities, a gym, and a modern, stylish design throughout the property. Upon arrival, the staff helped us with our luggage, and after check-in, our bags were delivered directly to our room free of charge. Such thoughtful service made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast mainly consists of Chinese-style dishes, with Suzhou-style noodles being a special highlight. My favorite part of the stay was the complimentary Hanfu experience! There were many beautiful outfits to choose from, and each set could be worn for up to two hours. Guests are even allowed to wear them outside for sightseeing and photos. My mother and I changed into two different Hanfu outfits during our stay, and it was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to the customer service manager for taking such great care of us, for the fruit platter, and for upgrading us to a room with a bathtub. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Even the television could be adjusted and rotated for better viewing from different angles. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The hotel provides disposable hygiene covers for both the toilet seat and bathtub, giving guests extra peace of mind. The entire property has a charming artistic atmosphere, and there is even a cozy reading corner near the laundry room where guests can relax with a book. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of restaurants and food options right downstairs, making the area lively and convenient. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away by car, with Didi rides typically costing just RMB 8–10. The high-speed rail station is also within a 15-minute drive. If you have not planned your itinerary yet, the hotel can recommend local tours and travel packages as well. They also provide parcel collection services, carefully storing your deliveries until you arrive to collect them. ANDU Hotel truly puts guest experience first. Highly recommended! 👍

The room has large, floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view. This time, I was given a lake view room, and it's right next to a food court with a fountain. Strolling around the south plaza at night and watching the fountain was incredibly relaxing. The hotel staff are all highly professional and respond to any request promptly and efficiently. The breakfast is also excellent, everything is handmade – no pre-made dishes here! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Science City; it's truly a hidden gem. Definitely worth checking out!

The bathroom is quite new and very clean. The room is spacious with a sofa and a table, and there's plenty of space to hang clothes. The air conditioning in the room is quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The location is convenient for transportation, close to Shiquan Street, and the subway station is right outside the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you have to take a short detour to park, and the parking lot doesn't have direct elevator access to the hotel lobby.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. There are also many cheongsam shops nearby, and even a restaurant recommended by CCTV. The hotel's style is incredibly unique; my friend and I have never encountered a hotel with such a distinctive decor! The staff are also wonderful; most of them are women, which felt very reassuring. They were always quick to attend to any requests, and even though they were all women, they handled our luggage with impressive efficiency – truly excellent!
