Guest UserA warm hotel with thoughtful and attentive service. I brought my family and one-year-old baby on this trip, and we met a group of very considerate hotel staff. A big thank you to Manager Wang Chuang 👍🏻, Zhang Ya, and Xiao Qiu – all of whom are truly passionate about their work. Zhang Ya even helped decorate the room before we checked in, which made both my family and the baby very happy!

The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!

Jason Kam ganyaorongOur stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou was simply dreamy. Perched on the serene Jinji Lake, the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the lake, surrounding scenery, and the city skyline, with the Ferris Wheel prominently in sight. The architectural design masterfully blends modern luxury with the elegant charm of traditional Jiangnan gardens, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting at every turn.
The service was impeccable; every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile and attended to our needs with meticulous care. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the stunning lake views like a living painting, truly uplifting our spirits. The spa was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation, and the indoor pool offered a welcome respite after exploring the ancient city. The breakfast buffet, featuring both Chinese and Western options, was quite satisfactory.
However, to be entirely honest, the Italian food served poolside didn't quite live up to the hotel's overall high standards and could definitely use some improvement. But this minor flaw did not diminish our affection for the place in the slightest. The overall experience remained absolutely flawless – from the stunning sunsets to the shimmering reflections on the lake outside our window each morning, every moment was unforgettable. The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is a true gem, and we're already looking forward to our next visit, eager to immerse ourselves once more in its tranquility and beauty.

Guest UserI brought my post-80s mom along, and the family suite we booked was excellent value for money. It had two small rooms, each with a 1.5m bed. The bathroom, though compact, was fully equipped, with a separate wet and dry area and a smart toilet. There was even a small outdoor terrace right by the entrance. Since it was the rainy season, the ground floor was a bit damp, but they provided a dehumidifier in the room. The service was great, and the location was perfect – Pingjiang Road was just a few steps away. The guesthouse entrance is also a popular spot for photos. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Suzhou.

Anonymous UserOur villa had a king-size bed and a terrace right by the water. The room was spacious and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed. Elld at the front desk was always asking if we needed anything, and Chen Liang, the shuttle driver, was so thoughtful. He noticed I had a bit of trouble getting in and out of the shuttle and immediately offered me a footstool, which was really touching. The staff at the Chinese restaurant recommended a set menu that was delicious and generous; they even helped us pack up the leftovers to take back to our room and heated them up for us later that evening. They truly go above and beyond for their guests.

The hotel is quite new, and the family rooms even have a kids' play area on the same floor. The hygiene is excellent. It's located right across from the high-speed train station, just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel service is exceptionally thoughtful. We had to leave at 6:20 AM to catch our train and would miss breakfast, so the front desk packed us breakfast for two adults and one child. There was so much food, we almost couldn't finish it even after a 6-hour train ride! It felt like being showered with care. Definitely highly recommended!

The hotel boasts beautiful scenery, making it perfect for a vacation. We arrived quite late on the first night, but check-in was seamless. Our butlers, Cindy and Yoyo, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, and the shuttle service was always prompt. Breakfast was abundant; my only minor suggestion would be to improve the coffee beans. The staff in the activity room were also excellent, always responsive to our needs.
The room itself was spacious. We had a three-bedroom villa, and both the living areas and bedrooms were huge. It could easily accommodate three families for a home party. Outside, there's a private pool and a hot tub, which unfortunately we didn't get to use this time, but I'd definitely like to try them on a future visit.

Guest UserThis is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan.

ivyalwaysOverall, it's pretty good. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the facilities are decent. The hygiene is also good, and the staff are all polite. The food, however, is very mediocre, so don't expect much. It's a nice place just for a hot spring soak.
As a hot spring hotel, while it emulates Japanese onsen in form, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the details, which I've already discussed with the staff on site. I'd like to add two more points:
1. Please have staff regularly patrol the lounge area. The door to the smoking room needs to be kept closed. Otherwise, it affects the health and relaxation of other guests, as the entire lounge area is an enclosed space, including the smoking room.
2. Mobile phones should be strictly prohibited in the hot spring area and changing rooms. Although there are signs, some visitors just don't pay attention. The scrub attendant was very responsible; she immediately stopped a lady who brought her phone into the hot spring pool. However, she was busy with her own work and couldn't keep an eye on everything. Another three or four people came in as if to sightsee, all dressed and holding their phones. Even though they weren't taking photos, it created psychological pressure for those of us who were naked at the time. I really hope there can be staff to maintain order and ensure no phones are brought in.
It's very close to Shanghai, so I can visit frequently for a soak. I hope to see improvements in the details next time.

Guest UserBanyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable!
The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful.
The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs!
Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money!
**Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious!
**Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year!
Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome.
Looking forward to our next stay!
