"This hotel is truly fantastic! The check-in experience was superb, with attentive and detailed service. The room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped with amenities like a washer-dryer combo and a microwave. It was also incredibly quiet, and the soft bed was very comfortable, with two pillow options to choose from. There's even a terrace on the second floor where you can enjoy tea or dry clothes. The location is excellent; there's a bus stop right outside, and the subway station is just a five-minute walk away, making it only about ten minutes to Guanqian Street. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money and is an exceptional choice for any trip. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance! Highly recommend it to everyone!"

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday at this hotel. The decorations were perfect for taking photos, and the service was thoughtful and warm. The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night. Since there weren't many people, the kids had a blast running around the corridors. The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining. The indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, though not huge, kept the little ones occupied for a while. The heated pool's water was a bit cool, which could be improved. Overall, it's a great resort for families with both elderly parents and young children, and I noticed a surprisingly high number of seniors among the guests! 😝

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the eastern side of Taihu Lake, right next to Suzhou Bay, offering beautiful scenery. It's also within walking distance to the Florentia Village outlet mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. There's an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

DDaiwangshidaiwangHonestly, the service at Suzhou Four Seasons is still a bit inconsistent, but our butler, Molly, single-handedly elevated all my positive feelings about the hotel. Just because of her, I might return to stay six, seven, eight, or even nine more times. Actually, during this stay, the front desk didn't proactively mention the butler service again. But as it was my fifth visit to the hotel, I still had Molly's WeChat from my previous stay. A day after I checked in, she posted photos of the Four Seasons on my WeChat Moments, then she proactively contacted me and asked if I needed any help. From the moment she appeared, my whole trip became incredibly smooth. She anticipated every detail a guest might need, and everything she did was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed! I'm giving five stars this time entirely because I think it's rare and commendable for a hotel to have such an employee. If everyone could be this professional, it would be unbeatable! Let me mention two less-than-stellar incidents: 1. On the first day, the welcome fruit was forgotten. We asked for it to be delivered at 12 PM the next day, and it was forgotten again. When I called the front desk, a male staff member actually replied, ”I just started today, so I'm not sure.” Come on, guests don't care if it's your first day or your thousandth; you need to find a way to solve the problem. It wasn't until Molly intervened that I finally received the delayed fruit. 2. The hotel's lobby is quite discreet. Yesterday, a friend came to visit me at the hotel, and there was a female staff member right at the entrance. I hope you can be more professional with guests in the future and not have such an arrogant attitude. When guests ask you questions, you still need to be professional and patient, as you represent the hotel. (Hotel management, if you're willing to hear the details, please feel free to email me.) Two small suggestions for the hotel to improve its service: 1. Although the buffet restaurant is generally very good, it's a bit unreasonable that you don't provide disposable gloves now that crayfish is on the menu. 2. The outdoor pool opens at 10 AM. Staff should have everything prepared before 10 AM, rather than starting to set up exactly at 10 AM. Finally, a big thank you again to the most thoughtful butler, Molly! Thank you for making me willing to keep coming back to the Four Seasons!

JJiangleinuoI previously stayed at Dongshan Hotel, but then I thought I should take a stroll around Pingjiang Road. We actually stayed at this guesthouse on our last visit to Suzhou and really liked it, so we booked it again. To my surprise, this time was even better! From the owner to the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We especially loved the rooftop terrace; having coffee, chatting, and watching the sunset there was just so relaxing. The coffee was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend everyone give it a try! Plus, there are adorable cat managers wandering around, living their best lives – you can tell they are very well looked after!

GGuest UserFacilities: The overall layout is quite good, with excellent greenery and ample space. It's lovely to take a walk along the lake. The Taihu Lake view and water quality are decent. Hygiene: The public areas could use some improvement; it seems there isn't a dedicated cleaner for them. However, the room's hygiene was quite good. Breakfast: Too many people! The variety is quite rich, but it gets incredibly crowded during holidays. Hot Springs: Soaking in the hot springs at night was great because you can't see much. During the day, they were closed in the morning due to a lawn wedding happening outside. Swimming Pool: The temperature was fine, but the shower areas need better hygiene. Kids' Area: I recommend adding a sandpit or some non-powered play equipment to keep kids entertained longer. Butler Service: Ella was excellent! Our room had mosquitoes, and she immediately brought mosquito repellent. Her service was very attentive.

AAdairMy stay at Jinke Grand Hotel during the Labour Holiday was a great experience, especially considering the price. It was very cost-effective, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the amenities offered at such an affordable rate. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and even a bathtub, which was a great bonus. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which added to the overall experience. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance of Suzhou North Railway Station, making it easy to get around. It is also about a 20-minutes trip to nearby malls and Western restaurants, which was perfect for me. The service was excellent. The staff were professional, polite, and very helpful. I especially appreciated that they spoke both English and Mandarin, which made communication smooth and easy. The only downside was the breakfast selection. While it was decent, I do wish there were more Western-style options, particularly when it comes to meat choices. Overall, I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend Jinke Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in a convenient location.

KkachuyuhThe ambiance is wonderfully peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to unwind and clear your mind. While the resort isn't overly large, simply enjoying the lake views and taking leisurely strolls each day was incredibly pleasant. The only downside was the intense heat during our stay, which limited our ability to explore for extended periods. **Cleanliness:** Everything was spotlessly clean. The pool water was also meticulously maintained, seemingly refreshed with each new booking, which was impressive. **Facilities:** We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit. The layout of the upstairs bedroom felt more practical and well-designed. Downstairs, however, the bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area, making the room quite humid after a shower, although thankfully a dehumidifier was provided. The tatami mat in the lounge area was very spacious, large enough to comfortably sleep two additional people. **Service:** The service was excellent and very responsive. Our room was promptly serviced on the second day. A special thank you to our butler, Adrian! **Minor Drawback:** The only slight drawback was perhaps the dining options. After trying two meals, we'd recommend sticking to the Western menu, as the Chinese food, in particular, offered quite poor value for money.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan.

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

GGuest UserBanyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable! The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful. The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs! Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money! **Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious! **Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year! Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Looking forward to our next stay!
