It will take around half an hour to reach Suzhou Railway Station by car, from which frequently trains to Shanghai depart.Guests can choose from both Chinese and Western cuisine in the hotel's restaurants, while the coffee shop and bar provide guests places to relax with a beverage. Those travelling on business can make use of the on-site meeting rooms and function room, suitable for a variety of events.Guests looking to keep in shape can visit the gym, while the outdoor pool, spa and sauna facilities are great for those wanting to relax. In the evening, unwind with a game of billiards or partake in some karaoke. This Suzhou hotel provides free in-room Wi-Fi access as well as free parking.

"It was very late when I checked in at the hotel. On the same day, EMily chen, the front desk clerk, called me to ask when I could arrive at the hotel, and checked the reservation information (number of days and room type) with me. She also helped me upgrade for free, which was very good. The hotel has been open for a long time, and the room facilities are a little old. The front desk responded quickly when I reported the problem, which is also worthy of praise. The service is still in place. Overall, it is still very good! It is worth recommending."

Great artistry can appear simple and unassuming; it was a pleasure to visit Suzhou. Upon encountering Jiangnan, year after year. Hidden in a secluded corner of Jiangnan on Qianqian Street, amidst the hustle and bustle, there is tranquility. Step through the door to find the gentle charm of whitewashed walls and tiled roofs. Take a step further to experience Qianqian Street, the vibrant atmosphere of Pingjiang Road, the pavilions and towers of Zhuozheng Garden, and the elegance of the Suzhou Museum. There’s no need to rush; simply enjoy a leisurely journey. This place is devoid of pretension; it adheres to its true essence. The wooden structures, infused with the soft breezes and starlit skies of Jiangnan, combine the convenience of smart bathroom fixtures with the poetic charm of traditional soft furnishings. Large latex mattresses and comfortable pillows ensure a restful sleep, with the soft tones of Wu dialect echoing during wakefulness and the scent of alleyway tea lingering in the air. Fully automated guest control, large screen displays, tranquility amidst the chaos—we welcome guests with simplicity and sincerity. 24-hour butler service, handwritten guides to Suzhou, authentic Suzhou ambiance prepared for each stay—every moment spent here is a beautiful encounter with Jiangnan. Come to Zhuozheng, meet Suzhou, find companions, and discover your heart’s destination in Jiangnan.

"For our trip to Suzhou, we chose the Zhuyu Hotel on Guanqian Street, and it was absolutely the right choice! The location is excellent, right in the city center, and stepping out puts you directly on Guanqian Street, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. The environment is quiet and comfortable, with a charming antique feel, and the cleanliness is impeccable – the room was spotless and odor-free. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions and even giving us sightseeing recommendations. We could walk to Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Pingjiang Road, making it incredibly easy to visit the attractions. We were very satisfied with our stay."

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday at this hotel. The decorations were perfect for taking photos, and the service was thoughtful and warm. The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night. Since there weren't many people, the kids had a blast running around the corridors. The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining. The indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, though not huge, kept the little ones occupied for a while. The heated pool's water was a bit cool, which could be improved. Overall, it's a great resort for families with both elderly parents and young children, and I noticed a surprisingly high number of seniors among the guests! 😝

FFalvbenThe hotel breakfast isn't expensive, and the variety is pretty decent with plenty of meat dishes. Within 1km, there's the 'Su Run Chao' supermarket, and in the other direction, you'll find the 'Sands Ocean' Outlets, a large shopping mall with many dining options. Overall, this apartment hotel is surrounded by wide, quiet roads. In your free time, you can take a stroll by Suzhou Bay. It's truly refreshing to spend your vacation here.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, and the family rooms even have a kids' play area on the same floor. The hygiene is excellent. It's located right across from the high-speed train station, just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel service is exceptionally thoughtful. We had to leave at 6:20 AM to catch our train and would miss breakfast, so the front desk packed us breakfast for two adults and one child. There was so much food, we almost couldn't finish it even after a 6-hour train ride! It felt like being showered with care. Definitely highly recommended!

Ccycat20The Four Seasons Suzhou is, without a doubt, the pinnacle of hotels in China in my opinion. It's located in the prime Jinji Lake CBD, a truly expensive area, yet it's built entirely to resort standards, with low-rise buildings and abundant greenery everywhere you look. I don't think there's another hotel in the entire country that meets this standard right now. The hotel's decor and design are grand yet understated, a blend of Eastern and Western aesthetics, with every corner being photo-worthy. From the front of the main building, you can see the Gate of the Orient to the left and the Cultural Center to the right, capturing the most beautiful skyline on both sides of Jinji Lake. Even the standard rooms are a spacious 55 square meters, and the bedding and toiletries are incredibly comfortable to the touch. Both the breakfast restaurant and the Chinese restaurant use high-quality ingredients and serve exquisite, delicious food. In addition to a standard gym, spa, and two swimming pools (the outdoor one offers a fantastic view directly facing the Gate of the Orient), the hotel also provides travel photography services, bicycle rentals, and a children's activity center with classes. A family could easily spend 24 hours here and not get bored. In summary, while the Four Seasons Suzhou is 100% more expensive than thousand-yuan luxury hotels or popular B&Bs, the overall experience is definitely more than 200% better, making it truly good value for money (they occasionally have special packages). If your budget allows, I genuinely recommend staying here for a night.

GGuest UserFacilities: The overall layout is quite good, with excellent greenery and ample space. It's lovely to take a walk along the lake. The Taihu Lake view and water quality are decent. Hygiene: The public areas could use some improvement; it seems there isn't a dedicated cleaner for them. However, the room's hygiene was quite good. Breakfast: Too many people! The variety is quite rich, but it gets incredibly crowded during holidays. Hot Springs: Soaking in the hot springs at night was great because you can't see much. During the day, they were closed in the morning due to a lawn wedding happening outside. Swimming Pool: The temperature was fine, but the shower areas need better hygiene. Kids' Area: I recommend adding a sandpit or some non-powered play equipment to keep kids entertained longer. Butler Service: Ella was excellent! Our room had mosquitoes, and she immediately brought mosquito repellent. Her service was very attentive.

GGuest UserI rarely leave bad reviews for hotels or guesthouses on Ctrip, and this hotel's front desk service was excellent. The staff were incredibly patient in helping me with deliveries and carrying my belongings, which made me feel it was worth the money. However, on the first day of our stay, an elderly family member fell on a ramp on the fourth floor. Do you understand what it means for someone over seventy to fall squarely on a ramp? Their hips, lower back, elbows, and even bones are fragile. I noticed there were warning signs next to the stairs, but none at the ramp! Also, on the evening of the 24th, around 9 PM, the key cards for both our rooms were deactivated, preventing us from entering. Although someone came to open the door about ten minutes later, my seventy-something-year-old family member had to stand in the hallway for nearly ten minutes. Why would the key cards suddenly stop working before the check-out time? Was it a mistake in the check-in process, or something else? I don't know. The hotel staff who helped with our luggage brought Red Flower Oil and Hao De Kuai spray immediately, but the elder's elbow was grazed and bleeding, so the spray couldn't be used. After that, no one else came to follow up. Based on these two points alone, I can only say that paying over 10,000 for this stay felt like a very high price.

MMMdoupeibaizhouLet me start with the room. We had an unexpected situation that evening and ended up staying in Suzhou. It was quite late when we checked in. We originally booked a Deluxe Lake View King Room, and I'm very grateful to White for upgrading us to an Ambassador Suite, on the 26th floor no less. Throughout our stay, they checked in on our comfort and satisfaction, and promptly addressed and resolved any requests we had. The experience was truly excellent. The hotel's overall decor maintains the familiar Hyatt style. The bathroom in the suite was incredibly spacious. Unfortunately, we checked in late and didn't have time to use the bathtub, but I'd definitely like to try it next time. The separate work area was also very large. As a 'workhorse' (referring to myself lightheartedly), I was rushing to finish a PowerPoint in the morning, and looking out at Jinji Lake behind me when I needed a break was a really nice touch 😂. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was good too. We didn't have time to visit the Executive Lounge this time, but it's something I'd like to experience on a future stay. The entire hotel's layout also has a significant highlight: the central atrium with its large, hollowed-out design and a grand skylight, which makes for fantastic photos!

GGuest UserI don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from the heart. Our stay at Naked Water in Suzhou was unforgettable—not just because of the breathtaking scenery or the stunning villa with its private pools (yes, both hot and lukewarm!), but because of the people who made our time there genuinely magical. A special thanks to Devin, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a private in-villa dining experience for my proposal. With the help of Nancy and Adrian—two incredibly kind and thoughtful staff members—they set up a beautifully decorated table inside our villa, complete with fresh flowers, flawless food presentation, and a warm, graceful presence throughout the evening. They even prepared parting gifts for us and were on hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. Their support turned my carefully planned moment into something even more meaningful. I’ll never forget it—and neither will my now fiancée. The villa itself was gorgeous—secluded, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Waking up to the quiet of nature, soaking in the private pools, and spotting the resort’s friendly pets wandering about (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) made the entire experience feel intimate and grounding. This place isn’t just a getaway—it’s where memories are made. We’re already planning to come back for our anniversary. Eternally grateful.

DDNamI wanna say that the hotel is really up to my expectation. Due to work, I keep on travelling quite a lot especially in Europe and Asia. Having the time contraint, I made a retreat in China with my first time. The service, privacy, environment are with the Byran Tree standard. To my surprise, the people are professional. Stella is the manager in this hotel and provides the tremdenous service with caring and courtesy. I am sure I will bring my family again here.
