Excellent hotel, probably the best in Xiangcheng District, this is my second stay. Our destination this time was the Redwood Tree at Huqiu Wetland Park, about seven or eight kilometers away, and the wide roads made for a very smooth journey. The hotel exudes French elegance, and the breakfast is fantastic, especially the high-quality Western pastries. The buffet dinner on the first floor also offers great value for money. The service is exceptional, from the front desk and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team. Absolutely impeccable.

YYayayajiezhuCame to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

Upon learning I was an Accor Platinum member and confirming my Trip.com Accor direct booking, he proactively upgraded me to an executive room and even included complimentary executive lounge access for two. What a pleasant surprise! The room offered a true lake view, with the clear blue sky reflecting on the water – truly refreshing. The room service was also very thoughtful. When I needed items like drinking water and a razor, the staff responded quickly and delivered them to my room promptly. Their service was dedicated and thorough. Overall, a perfect stay!

The room was elegantly furnished and comfortable, with brand-new and complete facilities, and the view outside the window was simply breathtaking. The hotel's dining options were extensive; whether it was the exquisite breakfast or the special delicacies, every culinary expectation was met. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the surrounding amenities are also very comprehensive. The staff consistently wore smiles and proactively asked about our needs. Even facilities like the children's play area and the gym were meticulously maintained, making us feel at home and at ease.
