Overall, it's a great hotel. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to go shopping and dining at SML Center. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and there's a high-end restaurant on the top floor. It's definitely a top choice for business travelers, and I also stay here every time I go to Ruijin Hospital for a check-up. The only downside is that hotel guests only get a 50% discount on parking, so it's 60 yuan/day. Still, it's highly recommended.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Jing'an. The subway station is literally right outside, and you can easily walk to Jing'an Temple and the West Nanjing Road shopping district. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and experiencing Shanghai's unique culture. The surrounding area is bustling but surprisingly quiet, making for a perfect travel experience.

🏨 **Comfortable & Elegant Rooms** 🏨
I stayed in a superior room, which was spacious and well-laid out. The modern decor paired with soft lighting created a warm and relaxing ambiance. The bedding deserves special mention – the mattress was just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the pillows offered excellent support, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the city views from the window were charming. I truly enjoyed a high-quality rest during my stay.

From the warm welcome upon arrival to every staff member I encountered during my stay, the service was consistently friendly and professional. The front desk was very efficient, the concierge proactively offered travel advice, and housekeeping was quick to respond. It's the small details that really made me feel at home.

🍽️ **Delightful Dining Experience** 🍽️
The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the local specialty dim sum was particularly authentic. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were prompt in refilling dishes and tidying tables. Additionally, the afternoon tea at the hotel's lobby lounge was excellent, perfect for a casual get-together with friends or a business discussion.

🏊 **Comprehensive & Convenient Facilities** 🊃
The fitness center is equipped with new and complete facilities, and the indoor heated pool has crystal clear water and wasn't crowded, making for a very pleasant experience. The business center is well-appointed, ideal for business travelers who need to get work done.

Whether for business or leisure, the Pullman Jing'an delivers an outstanding accommodation experience. The high-quality facilities, thoughtful service details, and convenient location all contributed to a truly memorable stay. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

Shanghai Hotel Stay Experience | Pullman Shanghai South

My child had a performance on the last day of the New Year in the ballroom at Pullman Shanghai South. Knowing traffic would be a nightmare that morning, we decided to check in a day early.

Upon arrival, the front desk already had our room ready. The service was excellent; they were incredibly accommodating, even providing earplugs when we asked. 

We stayed on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and had a business-oriented feel. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak if you're not in a hurry.

Since we had a performance, we were granted a late check-out and free parking, which was a huge plus.

We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good.

Finding this east-facing room in a cooling Shanghai was absolutely amazing! I stayed for three days this time, and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance, the food, and the room service were all fantastic! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich. I'll definitely be back next time!

I chose this hotel based on its high online ratings, but I was a bit disappointed. When I booked, I specifically requested no connecting room and not to be near the elevator, yet I ended up with both. The bathroom has no extractor fan, and the shower leaks; even with the door tightly shut during showers, water still spreads around the bathroom floor. It's quite far from the city center. Although it's close to the metro, it takes about an hour and a half to reach the city center by train. While it looks close to Palm Jumeirah on the map, due to road layout issues, it's not convenient to get there by metro, and a taxi ride isn't cheap, costing 40-50 AED. If you're planning to stay at the hotel and not go anywhere, the facilities are quite basic.

Great hotel for a business stay or staying central in Downtown - the view from Executive room is pretty good but not spectacular as Burj Khalifa is not so front and center.
Amenities are good, we especially enjoyed the squash court and gym with an actual Smith Machine - beats other hotels that usually stock up 10 dumbbells and 5 treadmills.
Had an issue with an iron, which they quickly addressed - but apparently there is just a single socket for that EU-style plug. Weird they do not stock irons with UK-style plugs which are used in UAE.
We also noticed some mould around bathtub which irked us a bit. Otherwise cleaning was good.
This was our honeymoon trip and they left a small cake and a lovely card on our arrival, along with some balloons - a sweet gesture which we appreciated. Balloons were not removed the next day however but that is fine, maybe some couples enjoy them (haha).

Our stay was excellent, the location is good, there’s metro station that’s near by walking. The breakfast & Executive Lounge were all excellent 💯

The hotel is well located - next to the airport, exit to two main highways along the city, metro station nearby, exit from the hotel directly to the shopping center. Very large room with two rooms and a kitchen. However, there are also significant disadvantages:
- thin windows and very noisy outside even at night
- hard mattress
- the room was stuffy, the air conditioner did not regulate the temperature
- access to the restaurant through the underground parking
- you have to stand in line waiting for a table for breakfast
- the breakfast itself is not impressive. The choice of dishes is not large with average quality and a long wait.

Everything is good, the atmosphere is great, clean, nice garden and friendly staffs, the Italian restaurant is fantastic!! only one thing can't make me back is the swimming pool is too dangerous,  especially they have 2 pools but one is only for 18+ then only one can bring kids, but the point is no matter is the age, the pool should not have over few hundreds broken tiles, it's absolutely not acceptable, I wish they can repair the swimming pool so we will definitely visit again.

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Karon Beach Resort is nestled in a quiet corner of Kata Beach. The hotel boasts a serene environment with lush greenery, and the standalone villas offer excellent privacy. The rooms are spacious, and the service is warm and friendly. The beach is within walking distance, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Guests can also play tennis. The only downside is that some facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it offers good value for money.

A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa 🌴🌊

I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help.

The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient.

The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby.

The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value.

Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙
