I stayed at the Pullman Jing'an for a business trip, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the Jing'an Temple commercial district, with the subway station just steps away. Getting to West Nanjing Road or Hongqiao is very convenient, and there is an abundance of dining options in the surrounding area.

The lobby has a modern and grand design, and check-in was very efficient. The room offered an expansive view, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable—a lifesaver for overcoming jet lag or recovering from intense work. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Western pastries and a live noodle station for fresh Chinese noodles, making it a perfect start to the day. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Shanghai!

I stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The room was quiet, the desk was practical, and the internet was stable. The hygiene was excellent, and check-in and check-out were quick. The location is convenient, perfect for business travel. Highly recommended.

My stay at Pullman was absolutely perfect, definitely five stars! The room offered expansive views and stunning scenery; watching the city lights at night created a wonderful ambiance. The room itself was stylish and upscale, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making for a fantastic living experience. The hotel breakfast had a rich variety of options and was consistently good, with an elegant and comfortable dining environment that set a great tone for the day. Cookie and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service throughout my stay, making me feel completely at home. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything was impeccable. This is my top choice for accommodation when visiting Shanghai South Railway Station, highly recommended!

🎉 Due to work, I've been staying at the Pullman Shanghai Qingpu Excellence for several nights recently! Overall, it's been a great experience! The room is spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom even has a large bathtub! The bedding is comfortable, and the room offers a nice view of Qingpu New City. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive! The breakfast selection is rich 🍰, and it tastes really good too!

Excellent hotel with fast service, great location, and all amenities available. I'd like to thank the hotel staff for their kind treatment, warm welcome to guests, and for fulfilling all requests.

Overall had an excellent stay with staff being very nice and Manisha the housekeeper doing great job in maintaining the rooms clean. Sadly fallen ill during my stay there as the aircon appears faulty. Had a musky metallic smell in room with no windows. Would need to fix facilities.

The room itself was spacious however and also had station 1 min walk away. Would be nice to have bigger supermarkets nearby but food places are available closely and a mini supermarket. Convenient.

The service was great, and they were very efficient. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was also very clean, and the lifeguard was super attentive, constantly patrolling! The breakfast spread was really rich and varied! The kids loved it.

It was very great. Nice food nice location nice service and clean and exceptionally large room. Would visit again thank you.

Pros: Great location, a cliffside hotel with an infinity pool boasting stunning ocean views. The sunset, especially on a clear day, was absolutely amazing. My child had a blast in the pool. It's close to the airport, and the beach is relatively good (much better than Mai Khao Beach, which is also close to the airport – it's gentle and offers more activities). It's a perfect hotel for a 2-3 night stay before leaving Phuket. At 1000 CNY/night, it's incredible value for money. Another huge plus is the breakfast variety and quality – it's excellent! (As a picky eater from the south, if I say it's good, it's definitely good, I'm that confident! 😎)

Cons: Being a cliffside hotel, the rooms are built on a steep slope. For guests whose rooms are far, taking the buggy back can be a hassle. During peak check-out time, I waited for about 15-20 minutes for a buggy. However, this also has a small advantage: each building only has four rooms (at least in my case, my floor only had two rooms), which offers great privacy. I stayed for three nights and didn't encounter any neighbors, even though the hotel was mostly full during my stay. It's not like those hotels with long corridors full of rooms.

Overall, I think it's very good for this price point. As someone who has stayed at many hotels (I stayed at 4 hotels during my 11-day trip to Phuket, and have stayed at nearly 10 high-quality hotels in Bali and Koh Samui), this one stands out.

The hotel is designed in a garden style, with a 24-hour shuttle service internally. Breakfast was decent, and the service was acceptable. The sea view from the rooms facing the ocean is absolutely stunning. The weather in Phuket this season is also wonderful, making it a very pleasant place for a vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The facilities, atmosphere, and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

A very special appreciation goes to Nat, who provided us with exceptional service throughout our stay. Nat was incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and always made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The warm hospitality and genuine effort really made a difference to our experience.

Service like this is what makes guests remember a hotel and want to return. Nat is truly an asset to the Pullman team and deserves special recognition for the outstanding service.

Thank you, Nat, and the entire Pullman Phuket Panwa team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back again!
