Pullman Shanghai South is in a prime downtown location, which is incredibly convenient. Located at 15 Dapu Road in Huangpu District, it's just a 200-meter walk from Dapuqiao Station on Metro Line 9, making it easy to get anywhere. What's especially great is the abundance of hospitals nearby, such as Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, and Zhongshan Hospital – all top-tier hospitals are close by, and you can get there quickly by car or taxi. If you're coming to Shanghai to accompany family members for medical appointments or check-ups, staying here is a huge time-saver. You don't have to wake up early and travel far; after the appointment, you can return to the hotel to rest, which is incredibly reassuring. Plus,日月光中心 (Rihui Guang Centre) and Tianzifang are within walking distance, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. It truly covers business, medical needs, and leisure all at once. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Pullman Shanghai Jing'an Hotel is conveniently located near Shanghai Railway Station, just a five-minute walk away. It's also close to Metro Lines 1, 3, and 4, making it easy to access all of Shanghai's main attractions. The hotel boasts exquisite decor with thoughtful attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. The front desk staff provide excellent, patient, and attentive service.

Given the price, the environment here was truly below expectations. I understand it's an old hotel, so things like electric toilets, trash cans, and curtains aren't automated. However, there should at least be some basic amenities. There was no tissue box in the room, no hand soap, toothbrushes, or cotton swabs in the bathroom – none of the things you'd expect. Not even slippers. When I called the front desk, either no one answered or it took half an hour for them to bring anything over.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Shanghai. The hotel has a more grand and luxurious feel, even from the moment you arrive. The doormen were very professional and helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors on arrival and departure.

The check-in process was warm and friendly, and the room was comfortable with a nice bathtub addition. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of international options, and the hotel also offers several restaurant choices.

The location is great, just a short walk from Novotel, with many nearby restaurants and a large mall about 15 minutes away.

Definitely a hotel I would visit again.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is beautifully designed on the hillside, and it feels like all the rooms, the pool, and the gym offer sea views. Breakfast is fantastic! It's more delicious, abundant, and luxurious than Anantara's. They have a self-serve fresh juice bar where you can create your own fruit and vegetable blends. The chefs stir-fry dishes with great skill and the food is delicious, with the curry being an absolute standout. The nearby supermarkets and restaurants are plentiful and convenient; my favorite place for dinner is Kiri. This is the most satisfying hotel we've stayed at in Southeast Asia! We hope to visit again.

Stayed in building G. The room was quite clean, and you could even catch a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. Every morning, birds would fly onto the balcony looking for food. The pool, with slides for kids, is right downstairs and was perfect for my little one. I had requested a high floor in advance, and they gave me the top floor in building G. Overall, it was a bit better than I expected. It's quite close to the beach, about a five-minute walk. If you walk left along the beach for about ten minutes, there's a street with plenty of food options. Walking right for about fifteen minutes takes you to the Karon roundabout. The hotel's service and smiles were indeed nothing special, but they were generally able to accommodate requests.

Our family had an amazing stay at the resort. The rooms are comfy and well-kept. For seaview rooms, note that not all look like the photos overlooking the fantastic views of the main pool and sea—families with little kids who rely on those views for naptimes should specifically request a room in Building 4. The staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast has plenty of tasty options, and the pools are perfect for relaxing, with kid-friendly areas too. We also loved that the resort offers free beach amenities like toys, paddle boards, and kayaks.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, making it super convenient to see the illuminations at night. Not far from the hotel, there's also a spot where 'Inception' was filmed, and the observation deck by the bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities of the Tower – we even saw a wedding photoshoot happening there. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the amenities and service were good overall. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel boasts an excellent overall environment and convenient amenities, with a supermarket right downstairs, offering standard international chain facilities. I'd recommend opting for rooms 30sqm or larger. The standard rooms, much like in most French hotels, are cramped, and I wouldn't suggest the family rooms due to their tiny bathrooms. The executive rooms, at over 30sqm, offer a much more comfortable and spacious stay, feeling open and not at all constricting. Breakfast has a good variety, and the freshly made eggs are decent, but the overall food quality is just average. Given the high proportion of Chinese guests, it's a good value-for-money option overall.

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away.

What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms.

My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton.

Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.
