The front desk service is very good, and it is more convenient to drive by yourself. It is said that it is a few minutes' walk from the subway entrance, which is not bad. There is a lake next to the hotel, and it is very comfortable to walk along the lake at night. The only bad thing is that it's not very soundproof, but it doesn't affect your sleep.

The environment of the hotel is good, (Figure 2 and 3) the hotel sent supper and fruit. It is also convenient to eat. Pengpeng and Xiaojiang at the front desk sent small snacks (picture 4) when they checked out, which is very considerate, and I like them. The service that keeps me amazed, Jinjiang Inn is impressive

I loved every minute of my stay at the Four Points. Fast and smooth check in, friendly attentive staff members at the front desk. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade with a lovely view l during peak season (National Holiday) at no extra charge. The hotel is near Moon Bay station 🚉 and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. I loved the magical views of Dashu Lake, so you can take a long stroll around the lake if you’d like. I highly recommend the hotel and its my go to when visiting Suzhou 💗

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by Dushu Lake, with beautiful scenery and rippling blue water. At a certain moment, it feels like being at the seaside. The service staff is very friendly and will greet you warmly when passing by. The room is very clean, the lobby floor is smooth and bright, and the sweeping robot is constantly cleaning. This is the second time I stay here, and I may choose it again if I have the chance.

The hotel has been open for a while, and although the hardware facilities are a bit outdated, the software services are really good! The front desk was enthusiastic and proactive, and the procedures were completed quickly. Manager Geng in the front office arranged exclusive courtesy. I was very satisfied with the room. The view and landscape were great. The fruits delivered were also very fresh and sweet. The breakfast also satisfied the taste buds as always. When checking out, the guy surnamed Yao at the front desk politely and friendly asked about my stay. He also gave me a New Year notebook gift box specially arranged by Manager Geng with blessings from the hotel management. I was flattered. It was both practical and meaningful. , it feels very, very good. It makes me firmly believe that Guanyuan Liusu is my best choice, and I hope the hotel will get better and better! Thank you to the hotel for your attentiveness, thank you to Manager Geng for your attentive service, thank you to Xiao Yao, and see you next time!
