Super cool and friendly staff. The room was very clean and nicely organized. The metro station is literally across the street from the hotel.

The room was incredibly clean, and the location was fantastic – just across the street from the subway station! The front desk staff were all super friendly, helped me carry my luggage upstairs, brought my takeout directly to my room, and even upgraded my room! I was so touched by their kindness.

Our stay at this hotel in Suzhou, coming from Chongqing, was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and most importantly, it was exceptionally clean. The front desk service was also excellent. The location is super convenient, directly opposite a subway entrance, and close to gardens, attractions, and museums. The owner is also lovely. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Right by a real subway station, and the host is super thoughtful. It feels very safe, even for a solo female traveler! Across the street and within walking distance, there are some great local snack spots, including shengjian (pan-fried buns) and noodle shops. It's also really close to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, making it easy to plan your itinerary. A very pleasant stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Beisi Pagoda, and directly across the street from Metro Line 4. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and sightseeing. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, but they are all very well-designed. The front desk service was fantastic; they helped with my luggage and even recommended places to eat and visit, which was a huge help for someone new to Suzhou. It really gave me a sense of direction. I loved it so much that I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Suzhou.

Best hotel I have stayed in for my entire stay in China. Location of the hotel is super convienient, right beside BaoEn temple and just across the road from the metro station with direct access to Suzhou railway station. They were kind enough to upgrade my room and I had a way bigger room then expected which was super clean and spotless. Best of all were the friendly staff at the counter, super helpful and friendly whenever I needed help with something. Even helped to do my luandry after I asked if they had washing machine available for use. 10/10 would stay here again if I ever visit Suzhou again, super value for money and service is exceptional!

This hotel was an excellent choice, we loved it! The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. It's close to all the attractions, making it convenient to get everywhere. Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Gardens are both nearby, and there are many great food options in the area. The front desk service was fantastic!

The best hotel experience from our Shanghai trip to Suzhou! We're a couple and highly recommend staying here! This isn't a paid review; the owner and staff had excellent service attitudes! They even helped us carry our luggage up the tall stairs. Having a microwave and fridge was super convenient. We weren't as satisfied with our previous stays in Shanghai. If we come to Suzhou again, we'll definitely rebook here! ^-^(＞^ω^＜)
