Very convenient location, about 15 min walk to Suzhou museum, Zhuozhengyuan, and Shizilin, plenty of dinning choices nearby as well, place was nice and quiet, staff were super friendly, room was well kept and clean, would recommend

A beautiful hotel with Authentic SuZhou garden style. Bathroom and shower room are modern and enjoyable.

It is a lovely hotel in a traditional Chinese style, very close to the sightseeing spots, easy to get to.

Everything was great. The friendliest staff ever, the room exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend! Again the highlight was the extremely helpful staff taking care of everything from A to Z and wanting to have everything ready for us. Thanks again for the wonderful stay :)

If you come to Suzhou, this is the place to stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. I arrived on a Tuesday, and the two guys at the front desk were REALLY kind! I highlight the incredible service at this hotel. Also the room was big and clean, I really enjoyed resting and sleeping there. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place without a doubt!

location is good, very close to some of the famous gardens. room is spacious and the front desk staff are very nice. the air con did not work very well though.

Traditional type architecture makes you feel like you are living in the past with the comfort of modern amenities. It is close to many gardens and a river walking street with plenty of shops and places to eat. We have stayed at several hotels in the past couple of days and this had been the best hotel experience we have had so far. I would recommend to anyone that stays in Suzhou to stay here. Comfortable location, price, and clean!

Wonderful hotel near to all activities in Suzhou - gardens, museum, crabs, walking streets. Originally booked one night at this hotel but had to book a second on short notice, which was no trouble and very easy. The family running the hotel is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the local area, providing lots of recommendations. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will come here again when I find myself back in Suzhou.

I absolutely loved this warm, cozy, clean, charming and pet friendly hotel. It is just perfect. Quiet and relaxing. A great location. I will surely come back.
