Our stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury.
We dined at éRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—the Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal.
We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valley’s scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hills—a mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!

Tim Captures MomentsWe stayed at The Carriages Boutique Hotel and Vineyard and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. This was a place I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to expectations.
The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, birdlife, and the quiet atmosphere of the Hunter Valley. On our first night, we even had the whole property to ourselves, which made the experience feel extra special.
We enjoyed a lovely dinner nearby and were able to walk back through the gardens to the hotel afterwards, which added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast was simple but perfect, delivered in a basket and ideal for a relaxed morning.
One of the best moments was lighting the fireplace on our final night and enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine. The location, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all fantastic, and this will definitely be one of our fondest memories from the trip.

It was a lovely stay. Nice room, clean and tidy, the complimentary drink was a nice gesture. The property is huge and peaceful for a relaxing walk around. It's convenient to wineries and restaurants. The only thing didn't really work for us was the air conditioner, couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

The resort is great, the villa is clean and nice, kids loved it. The only issue I had was when the reception was busy, no one answered the phone while I was trying to call for shuttle bus. So I ended drove my own car instead. The food was great too. Would love to come back again.

吴The hotel is open-plan, there are about a dozen rooms, large and small, and there are two sets of vineyards. It is a pity that the vineyards are very small. I expected to live in a large vineyard. Basic self-service, breakfast is in the refrigerator: juice, milk, ground coffee, washed directly, nut oatmeal, bread slices, prepare yourself, you can also eat. Hotel Italian restaurant recommended, two good meals, wall hangings. It is very quiet and nobody is not going out at night. There are laundry rooms, dryers and washing machines. The rooms are also big. Still good

Elysia is a beautiful retreat set atop a hill overlooking the Hunter Valley. I was doubly impressed by the pools, gyms, and health facilities. They helped balance out the effects of the nearby wineries. Also, the rooms are huge and recently renovated.

레지나This was our accommodation during our Hunter Valley trip! It's a boutique hotel, so it was charming and pretty! Considering the facilities, the price was great since we visited during the off-season 👍 Excellent value for money! We could also see kangaroos in front of the hotel, and the sunset was beautiful. Most importantly, it had a variety of facilities like an indoor pool, spa, and sauna, which we made good use of :) The only downside was that we stayed in a standard room, and the balcony was connected to the next room, which was a bit inconvenient!

Great location, several wineries very nearby.
The owners were helpful to check us in remotely using key pin and drop box.
The pool and grounds are relaxing on a warm day after touring the valley.
The property looks “rustic”, in keeping with provincial charm. everything functioned well and we hope to rebook on future visits.

The hygiene is average. There are mosquitoes and flies in the room, but there is no mosquito repellent. The breakfast buffet has few varieties and choices, only scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, bread, cereal, juice, coffee and a small amount of fruit. It is very average. There were not many guests for breakfast in the two days.
