"Ótima localização! Recepcionistas muito ruins, não tinha mais vaga no estacionamento PAGO do hotel, nos encaminharam para um estacionamento parceiro, que tinha um nome diferente do que estava no cartão, ficamos procurando, quando enviamos mensagem para o hotel para confirmar o lugar, eles liam, mas não respondiam. Cafe da manhã ok, elevador muito cheio, fazendo filas. Ainda bem que ficamos no terceiro andar, pois só utilizamos escadas."

GGuest UserThis is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app.
I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

Limpeza deixa a desejar, tinha um rabicó cheio de cabelos do hóspede anterior no meu quarto.
Check in é cedo (11 horas) e pedi se poderia ficar na estrutura do hotel logo após esse horário, porque estava chovendo, e fui questionada pelo atendente até que horas eu ficaria (insinuando que eu não poderia ficar muito tempo). Mas no final das contas fiquei por horas lá sem nenhum problema.

The door lacked towel, the door box sabun falling all roughly.
Room with a terrible smell of chest and covers smelling bad .
Dark lift and smelling of mofe.
They promise parking on the site but you don't have.
I was in the bottom of the very bad room.
