Check-in was very convenient... We originally booked Building 6. Since there was no elevator and we had a big suitcase, the front desk directly upgraded us to Building 2. It was very considerate. The breakfast was also very rich. The yogurt was especially delicious.
I wanted to go out for lunch after 11 o'clock, but found that Didi couldn't call a taxi, and the front desk helped me call a taxi...
Special praise for Wu Maier. He helped us with our luggage when we checked in. He also paid special attention to us when we were waiting for the bus. He called us as soon as the bus arrived and helped us confirm our destination with the taxi driver. He is a warm and handsome person. Where’s the young man~

MMichael V.We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and the sanitation was done in time. If there was any problem, call the front desk and someone immediately came to solve the problem. Service attitude is very good, there are laundry rooms, gyms, restaurants, many types of meals, coffee soy milk, tea, porridge, all, cost-effective. I don't know much about other hotels in Hotan. When I went to Kashgar, the hotel did not have a humidifier. Hotan had a humidifier. It would be much more comfortable to live in. The details were great. Moreover, they want to live here, check out also has a pick-up service, the drop-off brother is very polite, driving is very stable, the service is very good. Very satisfied with an experience.

The hotel also did a great job in the details, from the layout of the room to the equipment, you can feel the full intention. Breakfast was very nice indeed, and staff very helpful (despite no English spoken) - I had some extra requests because of changing travel arrangements and they helped on all of them. Location with night market right around the corner is also good.Biggest issue was internet: kept coming and going, but was mostly not functioning.

There is still a lot of room for improvement for breakfast! Parking is very convenient, there is free parking on the ground and underground, suitable for self-driving. EemdethuongThe hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.
