As soon as I entered the hotel, I was amazed by the spacious lobby. The space was open and the environment was elegant. It was especially suitable for temporary business talks, meetings and rest. It was quiet and stylish. Business travel was very worry-free.
The front desk staff is very good, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, warm and professional, and the questions are patiently answered, making people feel very comfortable. The room attendant service is also super intimate, the cleaning is meticulous and clean, and the initiative to help organize the room. The details are in place and the stay is particularly safe.
The breakfast is rich and varied, the taste is great, Chinese and Western styles are available, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is very satisfying every morning, and the day is full of vitality. The most surprising thing is that the hotel is super complete, there is free laundry service, and there is no need to worry about clothes when you go out; There is also a free pick-up and drop-off machine, which saves time and effort, which is too convenient for people on business trips; the lobby also provides free coffee, the taste is mellow, you can drink a cup at any time, and the details are full.
The overall price is super high, the service, environment, facilities are impeccable, I really like this hotel, whether it is a business trip or a tourist stay is very suitable, will definitely come again next time, highly recommended to everyone!

AAnonymous UserI was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Hotel in Yarkand, and also chose the Orange Hotel when I arrived in Hotan. The business twin room was larger and more comfortable. We thought our stay was quite good, so we decided to stay another night, but the same room type was no longer available, so we booked a double bed room. The front desk service was warm and attentive. After we walked around and returned to the hotel, our luggage was already delivered to our extended room. Parking is convenient and entry and exit are free. recommend!

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!
