"The sanitary conditions of the hotel are a bit poor. I don’t know how it got four stars! The breakfast is not as good as that of a budget hotel chain, so you get nothing! The toilet seal in the room was broken on the first night of my stay. The smell of sewerage in the bathroom made me unable to sleep well all night! I changed rooms the next day. The ceiling leaked. I changed to another room. The carpet was very dirty. There were a lot of bugs in the room. The bites were all over my body and it was extremely itchy! So I spent half a day collecting luggage, moving luggage, and changing rooms! Fortunately, the waiter's attitude was quite good, but the hardware couldn't pass the test!"

"I forgot to take pictures, so I'll just take two. It's okay, but too noisy during the day. There's a store downstairs that plays loud music all day long, and it's too stuffy with the windows closed. It was Saturday night when we went there, and it was hard to park the car. We didn't know how to get to the parking lot at the back. We entered the parking lot in the opposite direction and parked there all night. It was all dusty."

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right amount of springiness, allowing for a very restful night's sleep. "I stayed here while sightseeing in Hotan. This hotel is located next to the Hotan Museum and has a convenience store on the first floor. It is also within walking distance of the nearby large supermarket and Hetian Night Market. The front desk staff was very kind to me when I checked in, even though I don't speak Chinese. I was able to pay for my stay with Alipay without any problems, as it was paid on the spot, which is unusual for Trip.com. I stayed in a windowless room sandwiched between two corridors, but the air conditioning worked well and there was no problem with ventilation, so I was able to stay comfortably. My room was cleaned every day while I was out, so I was able to rest wrapped in clean sheets. There was a laundry room on the fourth floor, and I was able to use the washing machine. This was very helpful. This is a convenient and comfortable hotel that foreigners can stay at. I recommend it."

"The receptionist and security guards were rude, making the entire stay a poor experience. After checking in, I invited two friends to my room for a short visit. I explained that it was just a quiet get-together between friends, and we wouldn't disturb the neighbors or exceed the hotel's fare limit. We even registered the visit. They still threatened to kick us out at a certain time, treating us almost like we were being chased away. They showed no basic respect whatsoever. I paid for a comfortable stay, not to be treated badly by staff! I strongly advise against staying in a hotel with this kind of service!"

"As a native of Xinjiang, I've always longed to visit the beautiful Hotan, but my accommodation there was a huge disappointment! First, the service: when there was a problem, the manager wouldn't answer the phone, and the front desk told me they couldn't solve it. They even told me to go out and find another hotel late at night, which made me very angry! Second, the cleanliness: the room was cleaned three times. The first time I entered the room, there was hair everywhere, not just hair, but other parts of the body – it made me nauseous! I angrily called for a cleaning service. The second time, the same problem occurred – hair on the bed and floor. The third time, I asked the staff to change the sheets and blankets in front of me, and as soon as they put them on, I saw several hairs – I was speechless! I'm furious!!! Anyone planning a trip to Hotan, please avoid this place! A small hotel with a four-star rating and such poor service and cleanliness! It ruined my travel experience. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!!"
