Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel."

"The location is excellent, very close to Tuancheng and the night market. We checked in at 11:30 PM, and the front desk was very attentive. The room felt a bit stuffy, so we asked the front desk, and they said they could bring a fan. It arrived shortly after. We used the window, fan, and humidifier – four and a half minutes for service, at least they offered a solution. The All Seasons Hotel in Kashgar, which cost 500 RMB a night, offered nothing… I'm not used to this kind of bedding, but that's a matter of personal preference. It opened in 2020, and the smart room control works perfectly, which is great. If they had done a little more cleaning before check-in, like wiping down the sink, bathroom floor, and cleaning the non-slip slippers, it would have been even better."
