The Dom Hotel in Augsburg is an excellent hotel, with a very good location. It lies in a very quiet street, at about two minutes walk from the cathedral. It's in a nice building by which, within the hotel enclosure there is a court a part of which is the hotel parking where the customers' cars can be parked for free. Inside it's very cosy and well decorated. The lounge is a beautiful quiet sitting room where one can spend very agreeable moments. The bedroom I was allocated is superb. Not only was it comfortable and spacious, but it had a fantastic view over the cathedral steeples and the relevant part of the city. It finds itself on the top floor and therefore, it's very well lit up by daylight. Besides, it's very peaceful, to such an extent that the building is most probably soundproof. Thanks to the comfort implied in that bedroom my stay in Augsburg was gorgeous. The staff members are all very kind and helpful, with the exception perhaps of one of the ladies active at breakfast time in the pertinent room. Fortunately she was off on the second day of my two-days stay at the hotel. The breakfast is very good. There is everything needed at the buffet and all is of top quality. The pastry is excellent and some units are still warm upon consumption. The breakfast room is very nice and comfortable. The atmosphere there is very good, particular due to the fact that the music, whenever there is any, isn't disturbing. The Dom Hotel is therefore one of the best hotels in Augsburg, if not the best. I would thus strongly recommend to book in that hotel when one plans go to Augsburg.

Posizionato nelle vicinanze dell'autostrada ma non vicino al centro (comunque la zona è servita dal tram). Albergo con ristorante, piscina coperta, spa, parcheggio privato. Colazione, centro benessere e piscina non sono comprese nel prezzo per le camere standard. Nonostante il parcheggio sia proprio dell'hotel hanno comunque deciso di farlo pagare 10 euro al giorno.

Hotel non troppo grande molto accogliente. Il personale dell’albergo (anche se presente solamente durante il giorno) è molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbastanza assortita. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Alcuni dettagli di usura potrebbero essere sistemati semplicemente con una mano di vernice ma la pulizia è impeccabile. L'hotel ha a disposizione solo 4 parcheggi anche se nella via si trova eventualmente dove parcheggiare 'auto.

It is opposite the Augsburg School of Music and there is a whole street to eat and ross***n And rewe. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar downstairs. LlarissammoraeaWhat the Hollyday in Express hotel Augsburg in Germany does to customers is unacceptable and subject to legal action for false advertising. the hotel sells rooms with air conditioning and turns off the air in the hotel. I want my money back. the hotel has no right to say how I want to sleep if it has put the room on sale with air conditioning. First, the attendant on the first night (02/10/23) said they were turning it off because it was winter (which is unbearably hot). later, the attendant said that I should change hotels before checking in when I found that there was no air. the other attendant, tonight (03/10/23) said that the hotel had a list of rooms where the air conditioning worked and another list of rooms that didn't work and had the outrageous to send me to two rooms where the system turns on but doesn’t worth at all. the truth is that the hotel wants to save money over the customer with false advertising. I want my money back, I'm outraged, because I slept very badly and I would never stay in a hotel without air conditioning without being fully aware of it. I doubt that in Six Senses, which is part of the same group as Holliday Inn the air is turned off at some point. The manager is in completely silence. I expect the total refund of the expenses of the reservation.

This friendly, well-staffed and spotlessly clean hotel is very well located. We were on the top floor and had a large room with all that was needed: fridge, hot water shower/bath tub, comfortable beds and the all-important air-con as the temperatures reached 34° in the hot July sun. A very good and hearty breakfast, cheerful waiting staff (esp. Justin) and excellent reception area. The parking costs 10.50€ for 24 hours in the underground car park next door (40 metres) and breakfast starts a little before 6.30am. The hotel is really all one could want for a short city break only 15 mins from the railway station and close to good restaurants and shops. Keep up the good work!

Hotel located about 4km from Augsburg City centre. The hotel rent free bikes, which we made the most of during our stay, as there is a beautiful river and miles of forest covered park to cycle around. We also used the bikes to go to the city centre as the tram wasn't operating. Free ample parking. Fantastic breakfast. Free ice cream. Room was large and had a fridge and kettle. Slightly older decor, but nice bathroom. My only criticism is, there is a musty smell, but no idea where this is coming from as everywhere is spotlessly clean. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. And the restaurant staff were excellent too. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Would recommend.

Der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, die Berücksichtigung von Sonderwünschen und die persönlichen Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung haben das Wohlfühlen abgerundet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Die Lage ist erstklassig - absolute Weiterempfehlung!

YyumumuThere is a tram away from the station, but the number of trains is small on the weekend morning, so I took a taxi waiting in front of the hotel and headed for the central station. I had dinner at the hotel because there were not many shops around. The room was large and had a balcony. Amenities were only shower soap provided as well as other hotels in Germany.

The bathroom was very disappointing with shower doors that do not close either in front or on the sides (as if the walls were not at the size of the shower), a completely enclosed robinet that propels water in all senses and a door The venue is very nice and the venue is very nice. The breakfast was not even at the height of a four-star omelet, very bad bread, fruit salads or cut-off fruits, which were dry and oxidized as if they were served for a long time. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Our room was just above the lighting indoor. It was not a concern thanks to the hidden ridges. However, it was impossible to air because the people who smoked down smoke us and above all were very noisy. Very disappointing

(But tickets are needed), we asked the front desk in the morning to get the car for free Parked on both sides of the hotel’s main entrance, I experienced a lot of God’s grace in this city this time

Good breakfast menu for this type of hotels. Small room but cosy, clean and fully functional. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip.
