AAnonymous UserThe hotel was 15 minutes from East Croydon station and 30 minutes from London Victoria. It is a good value for money option to save money on your stay in London. The facilities are good and the breakfast room is very comfortable with a wide opening hours and plenty of food available. The room we had smelled of tobacco and was not for smokers. The floor was dirty as if it had not been swept properly. The heating did not work, the curtain did not go down and the furniture was dusty. The bed was comfortable and in general it is a useful room if you are going to sleep after visiting London, you arrive so tired that you do not stop to think that you can hear everything.

GGuest UserThe location is indeed a bit far from the city center, there isn't much transportation to the city center, and there aren't many restaurants nearby.
Although there is a parking lot, the license plate recognition system at the entrance and exit gate seems a bit insensitive. I had to move back and forth several times before it could read my license plate and open the gate.
The room is spacious, the bed is large and the mattress is soft, and the overall feeling is clean.

GGuest UserVery good location in the centre of Croydon. Looks as though it is fairly new hotel as rooms very clean and nice. My room was a good size with a sofa and table. The only negative thing to say is the hotel is tucked away down an alley and I would not be happy to walk down there by myself in the dark as there were some dodgy people around.

GGuest UserOutstanding customer services by all staff members who love their jobs and they ensure all the guests are well looked after. Excellent location with walking distance to 2 subway stations and the airport bus stop. Full breakfast provided, a warm and welcoming dining area. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next London visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice, food was lovely. The only downside is the location and lack of things to do nearby. Traffic noise was constant through the night with ****** beeping car horns at the traffic lights early in the morning.

GGuest UserLove this hotel - lovely rooms, big and clean. Bathrooms are gorgeous. The interior of the hotel feels fancy… yet it’s about the third of the price of equivalent hotels in central London. The location is not perfect, but its very close to the trainstation eith direct trains into London.
I stay here every month for work, and will continue to
do so.

GGuest UserVery close to the train station, convenient to Gatwick and downtown London, there is a supermarket downstairs, there is a restaurant nearby 5 minutes walk. Convenient transportation, worth booking again

GGuest UserThere were three of us in the room, which was very comfortable, and the extra bed was only 10 pounds. There are many choices for dinner, including steak, which tastes very good! Service is nice. 18 holes of golf + club rental = 31 pounds. It will definitely get dark at 4:30. It is recommended to use colored balls from 4 to 4:30, otherwise you will not be able to find the ball.

Though we were already aware the hotel was really basic, would appreciate if soap and mineral water could at least be provided
Only thing we didn't like was the central air conditioner/heating. We were not able to adjust to the temperature we preferred
