Padang Hotels with Pools

The food is average, the environment is average, iron plates are used on the floor in the room corridor, it is very noisy and needs to be improved, the transportation is inconvenient, you need to bring your own transportation, there are no shops nearby, how can it take 20 minutes to drive to the city

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

This hotel is so-so with enough size of bathroom. The only one shocked me is when I need to wait as waiting list for check-in by leaving my ID and booking to receptionist then sit on the waiting area, this even happening on check-out. The coridor is ”smokey” stink. May be guests allowed to smoke here, but this is very disturbing for me and family that asked for non-smoking room. Other than this, everything is just good.

The hotel is very comfortable, like the feeling of Bali. I really like it

A careful and tasteful designed hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed an extra night and expect to be back after our trip in Sumatra. We requested for a car and driver and the staff helped both parties to negotiate a good price. This hotel comes highly recommended.

The potential of the huge structure but as often happens very overlooking the strength of this hotel are the boys who manage it , gentle and willing to solve every problem .. for them 5 stars
