Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Glen Canyon Dam are all within short drives from this hotel. This hotel looks new, clean, and bright. It has gym, guest laundry, and a restaurant. Free continental breakfast is provided. And I liked the free lemonade that you can refill yourself at night.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and we had to carry our large suitcase down four flights of stairs when we checked out.

Satisfied with this motel. Was looking at other reviews and was hoping for the worst but was pleasantly surprised. There is guest laundry and a nice pool. Room was also clean, although they do not have a hair dryer.

Excellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again.

They haven’t let me to check in ~an hour before it was about to start. Not because “the room is not ready”, but just because of strict rules🤷🏻♀️ there’s a breakfast (tea, coffee, cornflakes, waffles, apples, butter). Theres a great grocery in front of the motel. They ask for a card (I had a debit one) and charged me like about $50. It was returned back like in a few days. I’ve taken a video when opening the room and when checking out to make sure they won’t press any charges on me. So if you’re afraid of it too, just record the damages. The label on the door said that you should call if arriving after 11pm. Be careful if you’re using eSIM w/o options to call and arriving late

The rooms are clean, the location is ideal if you want to venture to the Grand Canyon - just an hour's drive! There's a big Safeway supermarket pretty close by, and with the microwave and refrigerator, you're all set to make some simple meals in your room. The gym is 24/7, which is also very convenient.

This is the most satisfying hotel for our budget trip in the United States. It is very cost-effective and safe. The hotel is located on the edge of a tourist town. It is away from the crowds but not far from shopping. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forests and there are no other buildings. It is quiet and comfortable. , the room was clean and tidy. I liked it so much that we renewed it for one day. If we were not in a hurry, I would stay here for a month. It is much more cost-effective than accommodation in scenic spots.
