This home had great reviews under the former owners (we just purchased December 2021) and with all the updates we just completed, we started the listing over. All new furniture, paint, kitchen updates, all new windows and doors and 2 COMPLETELY renovated bathrooms!! Dune't Worry, Beach Happy is located in the delightful town of Duck, NC. This third floor walk up (so be aware there are stairs as it is on the top floor and the building is lifted - great views but lots of stairs!) has ocean views, beach access and an oceanfront pool. It is the perfect spot for YOUR vacation. Quick onsite little walk to have your toes in the sand!'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is a newly renovated third floor condo that contains 1 King bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds in a cozy nook and a full sized convertible sofa in the living room. With two full baths (both walk in showers), a fully functioning kitchen and a large balcony with views of the ocean, Dune't Worry, Beach Happy will quickly become your family's favorite getaway spot. Amenities to include wireless internet, a mounted 50" TV in the living room and another smart TV in the bedroom (both will play your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. accounts), an oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and most importantly a coffee maker and a blender!Everyone will be able to enjoy the ocean front pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, outdoor showers, and gazebos. Charcoal grills and picnic tables near the pool will help to make this vacation one you won’t soon forget!'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is located just minutes away from the quaint area of downtown Duck.
