This third floor walk up (so be aware there are stairs as it is on the top floor and the building is lifted - great views but lots of stairs!) has ocean views, beach access and an oceanfront pool. Our property is part of the Colony by the Sea association and has numerous amenities to include a large oceanfront pool, a bbq and picnic area, tennis courts, a basketball court and new playground. This condo rents Sunday to Sunday, May through October; flexible dates available in April.While this condominium has a truly incredible ocean view, please note that it is on the third floor and there are no elevators at this complex.For your safety and convenience the condo is equipped with keyless entry.This condo is a short distance from quaint shops and delicious restaurants.This home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home.
