You can take a very short walk to the coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, boardwalk, and the most glorious sunsets. And then walk to the beach at the other end of the street to enjoy a beach private to the residents and guests of Marlin Drive. . A relaxing place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and beverages of choice in the evening. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as sheets and bath towels. This beautiful and spacious home (over 4200 sq ft) is situated in the heart of the Town of Duck on the Beach Side of Duck Road. It’s an easy 8 min walk to the beach, the Sound, and the quaint downtown with locally owned stores, fantastic restaurants, and the Boardwalk. Enjoy exploring the town, take morning walks for coffee and donuts or treat your family to ice cream from one of the local shops. The ocean and the beach is just a short walk down our very quiet, live oak lined street. We also include use of a Bintelli golf cart to help you get all of your gear to the beach. The outdoor living area and backyard are a true oasis, with its private salt-water and solar-heated pool (April-October) and new optional add-on electic heater available that will keep pool at 85+ degrees. Hot tub, gazebo, grill, and lawn games to play on our spacious enclosed yard, a rare amenity in this area. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, head out on one of the many decks with plenty of seating and porch swings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you might need, and has almost two of everything including range ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves. Full size laundry rooms on the first AND second floor. Large game room with a billiard table, video games (PS3), movie library, wet bar with second fridge and ice maker that provides entertainment for all. About this spaceNanDUCKet is our bay and beach home, that is the perfect place for you and yours to getaway. The condo is three bedroom and two bath, with a view of the bay and walkable to the beach! The Nantucket Community offers an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, fishing dock, boat ramp access, and of course all that the town of Duck, NC has to offer.The spaceWalk up a couple flights of stairs to your top level condo with bay/sound views!As you enter you go to the left to access full kitchen and dining table. Bear to the right for a full hall bath, laundry room, and queen bedroom. As you come in if you continue to walk straight pass the kitchen you will lead into the living room with vaulted ceilings and primary king bedroom with attached full remodeled bathroom in 2023. Spacious tile shower with multiple head shower assembly for a spa like experience. The primary bedroom does have a large slider that leads out onto the large deck with water views and high-top table - the perfect place to start and end your day! There is a single flight of stairs inside that leads up to a nice third bedroom with two twin beds and again more vaulted ceiling! At ground level is the garage that is accessible to our guests - great spot for you to store your own beach goods, water toys, etc.Guest accessWe do have a couple kayaks for your use with kayack roller so you may take them down to the sound for easy water access at your own risk (lifevests and paddles provided).
