"Parking and unloading luggage is super convenient, the front desk is patient and caring. Open the door to see the snowy mountain view. The hotel bathroom details are better, the room rate is small and cozy, the shampoo cap is missing, and the breakfast is simple."

Guest UserI love your motel, but for the price you would think that you could afford to have an air conditioner cool your room instead of only getting down to 69° very disappointed in that we paid Top price for it only to burn up in our room. And then also you want to charge us $15 just to park in your parking lot when we are the customer

This property is well located, close to Lake Estes. Room was very adequate for the family of 3 of us. We had erroneously booked a Standard King room for 3 adults. Lady at the Front office was very considerate to accommodate our request to shift us to a 2 queen bed room.
Room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very nice, and got us well prepared for the day ahead !
Overall, a great experience. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

Location was perfect. Fire pits outside were cool. Only downsides: check in was a pain. Line was wrapped around into the hotels bar/ eatery. There were 30 people waiting just to check in around 4 pm on a Sunday. Also- gym was not as pictured- only a couple sets of free weights. We specifically choose our hotels based on gyms so this was a big drawback for us. Someone had their dog in their room barking incessantly for hours. Positives: rooms were clean, spacious, and best of all staff was phenomenal. Super nice people. Latitude 105 Alehouse is connected to the hotel and a HUGE perk. Would recommend staying here overall

This definitely has motel feel. If you are wanting a hotel experience this is not the place for you. It is however very well priced with free breakfast, a beautiful view of the mountains and clean rooms. The beds are actually very nice more like a hotel and that's the most important thing to me.
We would stay again.

Friendly staff and very nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the property is right off the interstate. If I have to be picky, my only complaints include the following: Noisy bathroom fan, staff shortage (waited on hold forever trying to call front desk) and the fitness room was not regularly serviced. The water machine was broke, one of the bikes had a broken mechanism and one of the treadmills sounded like it was going to explode. Still get 5 stars though as the hotel was otherwise great.

Very nice rooms indoor pool light at the front desk Speedy check in comfortable located right off the interstate it's good location it has restaurants nearby gas stations not far from downtown it's a great location very courteous staff will organized surprisingly the rooms were very affordable for as nice as they were very nice rooms would definitely recommend and stay here again

HONGIn the graduation season, there are more people who may go to the school graduation ceremony. To be honest, the price is not cheap and catch up with the price of domestic five-star hotels. The overall hotel can not say bad, but can not compliment the service, especially the room cleaning. Actually, one day, I couldn’t clean it. The next day I cleaned the bathtub without washing the water. The towel was not given. The facial tissue was empty and I didn’t know how to add it. The bathtub was very blocked. As a result, I found out a lot of hair. It was speechless. . Breakfast is more general, the odd thing is that there is only one person serving in the breakfast room (doing everything), so there is always something to eat. The young man at the front desk was very good, but after two days of booking, I found that the actual schedule needed to live for one more day. The two orders had to be re-updated and updated, which was a bit rigid.
