I stayed here last September to see if it would work as a place to stay for the Fête de Remparts happening (now) in less than two weeks, this July 2025. I was so enamored with everything about it; locale, charming & authentic, that when I got back home, I immediately booked it for the Fête, and received an email confirmation for my dates. About a month ago, I wrote to re-confirm, as I was lining everything up in my work-world to cover the fête. (I'm a roving France reporter). No response. Each week I wrote again, with no response. I finally called yesterday and was told I don't have a reservation; many reasons were given. Did you use the website. Did you book in 2025. We have a lot of people coming ... even though on my laptop and hers while speaking, she was looking at the confirmation. There was zero attempt to correct the error, but only to say 'try another BnB'. Dinan is booked out, which I told her. It's why I booked so far ahead. She blew me off. It was catastrophic. It's important for people to know there is a lack of reliability, with huge consequences for those affected. I wish I could give them a great review.

If you have ever wondered what it would be like to stay in one of the old historic buildings in a European city then this would be a good place to start. Very convenient to all parts of Dinan. Despite the fact that this is located on the medieval street connecting the port to the main city, it is very quiet at night. Our room was large, as was the bathroom. Our hosts were very nice people who were quite helpful regarding advice and assistance during our stay. Breakfast was very good there was a good selection of options. You will enjoy your time here as well as visiting the beautiful city of Dinan. If you are driving there is paid parking under the viaduct, perhaps about 200 meters walk from the facility.

We booked in June for September and paid in full in advance. We arrived just before 5 pm and neither room was ready. One was ready after nearly half an hour, the other more than an hour later. However there was a pleasant welcome from the hosts. This wonderful ancient house is on a very steep cobbled street and then has steep stone steps up to it. This makes this accommodation unsuitable for some disabled people. There is a steep climb up to the house from the port area, but the climb up to the main town as about five times longer again. Free parking is about half mile away, so you have drive either up or down the steep hill to drop off the cases. It is bed and breakfast only. There many restaurants in the port area, but many others are up in the town, and so are not easy to reach unless you drive. Breakfasts are very good and the rooms are clean, although there is a musty smell in the ground floor room. One of our rooms had TV but had hair-dryers. The furniture is comfortable but not smart, in keeping with the character of the house. The garden is a nice amenity, but for us wifi reception was only available in the garden because of the house's thick walls. The rooms were not serviced during our stay.

Very nice clean room in a good location in Dinan. 10 minute or less walk to center. Place is on a narrow street with a medieval atmosphere, but of course completely modern inside. Breakfast was very good and host great. Free parking is a 10 minute walk away, though you can unload luggage right at bnb. Definitely recommend Logis du Jerzual.

The accommodation is unique, excellent and very beautiful. Breakfast fantastic. Beds very good. Highly recommended for location and total experience. It is very near both the old town and the river so you get the best of both worlds. Lots of restaurants nearby. We drove and parked the car nearby without a problem.
