Wyndham Taian West

During summer vacation, I took my elementary school-aged children to climb Mount Tai. Ctrip picked us up at Jinan Airport and took us to Tai'an, where we stayed at the Wyndham Hotel for two nights. The hotel is relatively new, has a nice environment, and is high-end and classy. I personally think it's probably the most luxurious hotel in Tai'an. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes away, and the reservation includes free transfers from the station. The next day, we took the high-speed rail to the Three Confucian Temples Scenic Area and Nishan Academy in Qufu for a round-trip (20 minutes), saving us the hassle of changing hotels with luggage. I'm glad I did my research well and chose the right hotel. I'll definitely choose the Wyndham again next time I visit.

The hotel is located in a remote area, far from everywhere. The suite I booked is 110 square meters, which is large enough and has all the basic functional areas. The service of the guest room center is too average. I called at 16:30 on the day of check-in, but the room was not arranged. I asked the guest room center whether they could prepare a sweater ball remover, but I waited on the phone for 15 minutes without any response. There is no doorman at the entrance of the hotel, no luggage cart, and no one to help with the luggage. I asked the guest room for the items but they were not delivered for half an hour. There is no toilet paper in the living room and bedroom. If you want to use it, you have to take it from the sink. The sockets in the living room are all ground sockets. The power cord of the laptop is almost not long enough, and I have to accommodate it to charge it.
