The room temperature of the whole environment is still very satisfactory. The outdoor temperature is several degrees below zero. The temperature felt indoors is good. This is one of the worst four-star hotel that we have stayed in China. Amenities is poor quality. Cleanliness is on the low side. The faucet area is all stained and the caulking is coming off. It looks very dirty. We were towed that breakfast ends at 10:30 but when I called to confirm the next morning, I was told it ends at 9:30 and we missed it. Location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is close to the Tai A train station and there are a breakfast shop and supermarket next-door.

The room is clean and big. However, the hot water is too hot and difficult to change the temperature. The air condition in the king room didn't work well, but the kid room is fine.

Service is good. The room we booked came with pick up service which is very convenient for guests. Room is decent, size good enough for 4 people.. Washroom a little too small.

The location is good, within walking distance from the railway station.There are many eateries nearby. A supermarket is few doors away. Front desk staff is generally helpful. The room is of a good size and we appreciate that we were allowed to check in early.
