I checked into room 810 on 2/8/2011. The toilet tank was faulty and the hotel's in-house phone was not connected. I informed the front desk and requested a room change, but I had an appointment with a friend and had to go out urgently. I was very dissatisfied with this. Then because of the cold wave, the room was very cold, even colder than the corridor outside. I went to the first floor to ask the counter if there was a heater installed. The response was no. I also asked about the telephone line, so that I wouldn’t have to run downstairs if something happened. The reaction of the counter at night was panic and I didn’t know how to deal with it. I couldn’t bear to look for it here and there and didn’t want to install it anymore. After returning to the room and preparing to go to sleep, cold wind kept coming in through the floor-to-ceiling window, and I was covering the child with a quilt all night. When I checked out the next day, I forgot to take a box of Dahu strawberries from the refrigerator. I called the hotel and found out that it had been thrown away by housekeeping. My child’s memories were also thrown away. Actually, I left a phone number when I checked in, so why didn’t I call? Our attractions are all nearby and we can come back and get them right away. All of this really makes me so angry.
