City Suites Main Station Reviews

The room is not too large, and the toilet is not very convenient, but it is in a good location near Bimen Station, making it convenient to travel to Ximending District.

Pleasant stay with City Suites. Location is good, near subway exit y21 (no escalator though). It is also nearby a shopping district. Hotel has delivery services for local products too.

Found this nice and convenient place just opposite to the train station. Very clean and spacious room, and got a nice view for sunset. Recommended.

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful. No many food restaurants especially night time.

Convenient location to get the airport line . Unfortunately the stair case nearby to underground shopping alley has no lift, so will be inconvenient for those who drag along with big luggage. Sound proof news improve in the room.

Everything is good other than the really bad sound proof.. might be a problem for light sleeper. Good that the hotel provides delivery service for a local renowned breakfast place and also some popular souvenirs!

I had a pleasant stay at City Suites Hotel, with its convenient location near Beimen Station! The only downside was the bathtub in the shower area, which was a bit tricky to climb in and out of and felt quite slippery. However, the staff was excellent—they were very willing to help when I requested a room change, and their service was great ✨✨✨

I stayed for 3 nights. I had a late check in and was assigned a room at the turning corner of entering into the corridor. I could hear footsteps when people walked by, at night and late night. I couldn’t sleep well through 2/3 nights. It would be nice if the room could have few more extra hangers. P.s, room like this could only fit one luggage to open. The location is very convenient to the airport train station.

Location is not really that close to taipei main station per hotel name, closer to beimen station.

Not cleaned with hairs all over

This is my second time booked and stay at this hotel. Very convenient cause very close to the airport MRT. Will definitely stay again for my next trip to Taiwan.

clean hotel, location ok, nearby Di hua street. Sound proof of the room is the downside of the hotel.

Location is convenient, near the main station but please note that main station is super huge so it still takes awhile to get around. Hotel is clean and they allow for luggage storage. They also provide breakfast service from Fuhang soy milk and also preorder of souvenirs. The bathtub is quite slippery to get in and out of and also the shower head is not held in properly so it moves a lot, and sometimes drop off when I turned on and off the tap. The shower and bathtub are together at the same place so might not be suitable if ure travelling with children or elderly as it can be dangerous. Note that toothbrush is not provided. Might just be unlucky but on the day I was supposed to checkout there was a fire drill at 9am which went on for about 1hr…. Could not sleep well and they called at around 11am to chase for checkout, saying that there will be late charges after 11.15. Would have appreciated some leeway considering how they disturbed our sleep.
