Great hotel in Taipei, staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotel with onsen is hard to find in Taipei city which also was a very good one. Room is spacious and got everything I needed. This hotel is just next to the MTR exit which is super convenient. Highly recommended this hotel.

Good value for money. Bathrooms are well maintained. Nice lounges with coffee, tea, and bottled water. Cleanliness and location are above average.

Room was great, clean and spacious. Best part was the onsen. Not crowded in the afternoon and we enjoyed our private time. Very near mrt exit 3. Right beside. But nearby are not much food and shopping especially at night. Great for first time travellers to taiwan since you will prob be going all over the place via train and need not be tied down to one place.

Very good view from the room and everything are new. Japanese standard hotel. MRT just next door and with many good restaurants not far away.

Really good Japanese style hotel, even goes as far as practicing Japanese mannerism by bowing which was an eye opener for us. Room was clean albeit slightly dusty. Toilet was clean with nice separation between the bathtub/shower area with the WC. Convenient location, 3 mins walk to the closest MRT and with the summer heat, that’s a huge plus. View from the room was excellent too. The hotel also have a public bath. Great hotel!

The location is super convenient! My husband & I really enjoyed the staying at MGH. The staff is friendly.  However, the hotel doesn’t provide single-use amenities, so you gotta prepare tooth brush & tooth paste yourself!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by both its location and service. The hotel is conveniently situated near the MRT, with plenty of coffee shops and department stores just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and although the in-room amenities were somewhat limited, the front desk was more than happy to provide anything we needed upon request. During our stay, our baby unfortunately got sick from food poisoning, which left the bed sheets and towels in a bad state. Despite it being 2 AM, the duty manager promptly knocked on our door and offered help, including checking if we needed assistance going to the hospital. I was deeply touched by their kindness and professionalism during such a stressful moment. Thanks to the great service and ideal location, I’ll definitely be returning to stay here again in the future.

The original moderate queen room I was given terrible. The wall where the window is supposed to be was completely blocked off. Strangely, there was a small window behind the bed, which had an awful view of a construction site. The room was small but the shower space was large, meaning the precious space could have been better used. There was a slight smell of the toilet in the whole room. By 6:50am my room could hear banging from the construction site, completely disturbing my sleep. Overall the room looked a bit tired and it was not spotless. Thankfully they changed my room to one with a balcony on a higher floor for the following night. But it was still not spotless. The balcony meant there was a murmur of sound from the cars which was acceptable. In both rooms, the beds are extremely hard and not comfortable. I personally feel there are much newer and better hotels for a similar if not less price to choose from.

Just right outside one of the Train station. There’s a spa facilities within the hotel. We requested them to help us store our luggage for an extended duration of time and they helped us without questions!
