My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

First of all, the room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, with humidifiers, water dispensers, cotton towels, laundry detergent, etc., very detailed . During my stay, I happened to encounter a child who was sick, and the needs such as buying medicine and delivering meals multiple times a day were promptly resolved. They were also able to help deliver water in a timely manner at three in the morning. The staff were polite and patient. I would like to call it Taiyuan ceiling.

I have a good impression. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich in variety and combines Chinese and Western styles. It also takes into account Shanxi characteristics. Basically, I choose this hotel when traveling to Taiyuan. Just look at my breakfast picture and you will know how many times I have been there. The hotel facilities are very clean and new, the service is solid and considerate, the room is well-equipped, a humidifier is particularly necessary, the highlight is laundry detergent, a variety of pillows, and three types of toothpaste. There are many varieties of breakfast, and they are all very delicious. It is so tiring to walk, so I am quite picky when it comes to meals. My favorites include low-temperature roasted leg of lamb, haggis soup, and first-class fruit quality control blueberries, strawberries, and passion fruit. The salesperson Wenxiu was also very enthusiastic and helped me mail the pillow that made me sleep well.

The basement was so clean that the ground looked like a mirror, and the elevator led directly to the lobby~ Entering the lobby, you are immediately greeted by a receptionist. The decoration in the lobby is very grand, and check-in is quick. What is very special is that the hotel has Starbucks coffee service, and I gave you a coffee coupon. The girl who makes the coffee is very cute, and her attitude is like a family member. Makes you feel warm~ The room is large enough and has a practical design, especially the double sinks and the toilet and bath settings, which can be used by the whole family at the same time~ The supplies provided are also rich and include some things you can’t see in ordinary hotels, such as mouthwash, styling spray, etc. Oh, the drinking fountain is great~~ The bedding is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good~ I came back the next day and found out that the person who tidied the room seemed to be a young man named Mu Yurui. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The service is very good. Everyone is very polite and courteous, from the big brother who picked me up at the airport, to the staff in the guest room, the staff in the restaurant, and the front desk. The cookies provided at turndown were delicious. There is a community behind the hotel with a lot of delicious food. It is very convenient to take a taxi and there is a bus stop at the door.  The disadvantage is that the sink is a bit small and the bay window is too big. 

Overall it's good. The smart toilet is easy to operate and the room has good sound insulation. It would be better if it could be arranged to face the Fen River in the south next time...
