This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bed was extremely hard — it felt like sleeping on the floor or even a stone slab. I woke up in the morning with my whole body in pain due to the mattress’s unbearable firmness. I can’t believe the hotel management hasn’t done anything to provide comfortable beds for their guests. A decent mattress is the least that should be expected from any hotel stay.

Decorating at 8 o'clock in the morning was like installing a floor shaker. I couldn't sleep at all. Without generalizing, the staff on duty at the front desk at 1 o'clock on the afternoon of the 3rd had a very bad attitude. He couldn't speak clearly and hung up the phone. I didn't want to comment at first. I travel a lot and stay in both good and bad hotels. This is the first time I've seen such a front desk staff. I was left speechless for a moment...
