JR Clement Hotel Takamatsu is conveniently located next to major transportation hub including subway station, bus station and ferry terminals to other scenery islands. It has many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious. Staff are very helpful, patient and attentive to details. Pricing is very reasonable.

リ―ガホテルを名乗っているから、期待して宿泊しましたが、がっかりさせられました。まず浴槽の縁に前宿泊者の髪の毛が束ねられたまま放置。お湯を張って入浴する際に気付いたので、ギョッとしました。清掃は何を見てるんですか。ダブルチェックぐらいしないのですか。ホテルとしてサービス以前の信用問題です。次に朝食の際、素人以下の従業員がテンパっていて、席に案内されるまで私を含め4人が10分近く入り口で待たされました。まともなオペレーションをできるようになってから現場に出すべきでサービスの価値ZEROです。朝から気分悪くなりました。朝食も見た目は良いのですが、味は吉野家の朝食以下でした。

Room was comfortable though small . We had 2 meals in , which after a day out sightseeing was convenient for us and both were very good . We found a cafe in the nearby town where we had breakfast .the staff were lovely and helpful . Negatives . We were a fair bit older than most of the people staying there and as other reviewers have mentioned it is a hike from the port mainly uphill and then a steep flight of stairs to rooms ( luckily for us 1 flight as could have been 2 ) we are fitter than most so we managed ok but it could be a challenge for over 55,s if they are unfit .

The lighting in the room seemed to be a little dark to match the wooden eyes, and the work at night was a little difficult. The web is comfortable, the location is close to Kawaramachi Station, and the shopping street is also close. It is conveniently located and has a luxury hotel, so I think it is quite good.
