Managed to snag a great deal on this hotel during Golden Week! I arrived late on the first day and ran into a bit of trouble with check-in, but the staff were super helpful in resolving everything. The free coffee and other new offerings were also really good. Plus, it's conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time!

A comfortable stay apart from an initial hiccup upon check in where I found strands of hair in the bathroom and trash left from the previous guest (quite gross). Other than that, the room was decent and the lobby was nice. Service was minimal with no receptionist. Location was good.

We thought this was a fantastic hotel. Very spacious room. Two sinks (one in the toilet and shower area and one outside). Nice and quiet, no noise disturbance. Wonderful beds. And not to forget, super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

A modern hotel. Self-check-in is possible without contacting the staff. Due to my inattention, there was a problem with check-in. The hotel doesn't accept cash, and I only had cash with me. The staff was accommodating and helped me with this issue. A huge thank you to them for this. The bathroom vent in the room was a bit dusty.

I'm very satisfied with my stay. The location is very convenient and close to all amenities. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Also, only 5 minutes away from the metro station. I’ll stay here again.

Quick overnight stay, so didn’t really use the facility much other than a shower and sleep. Clean, basic in good condition, comfortable.

It’s about 10 mins walk from airport bus station and 26 mins walk to the ferry terminal. On the day of our arrival, we accidentally left our bag in the bus. With the help of google translate, the hotel staff understood our problem and efficiently communicated with the bus company, we managed to get our bag eventually. There’s coin washer/dryer (¥300/wash) and free coffee/green tea in the cafe, a shared kitchen where one can heat up food and stuff. We stayed 4 nights and we have enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back again!
