Everything was good. The room with the private pool, the breakfast, the friendliness and thevgreat service from the staff. The buggy service to the main road was very convenient to access to restaurants and shops.

We had the most incredible experience, from the moment we arrived, the service was next level—every single staff member greeted us by name, which made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. How do they remember everyone?!
The hotel was spotless! We were always well-stocked with bottled water and we’re pretty sure every room has a view of the ocean—absolutely stunning!
One of the biggest highlights was having access to their sister hotel The Sands next door. It has a fantastic mini water park and our kids had the best time—we spent an entire day there. The buffet breakfast also had heaps of variety and the free buggy to the shops made getting around so convenient.
A huge shout out to Tom, Jerry, Nestcafe, Tea, Tu, Kookai, Lucy 1, Cake—and honestly, every single staff member! You all made our stay extra special. Thank you for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

Good 5-star hotel with nice beachfront pool and restaurant with optional vegetarian menu, but the room price is to high for comparable hotels nearby with better beach.

The Service was good and the hotel was clean. Too bad that there was mosquitoes infestation and we had to buy insecticides to spray. Had feedback to the hotel and hopefully they clear it.

The hotel is very good and the staff is also very nice, but you need to avoid the rainy season. The rain really affects the experience. There are relatively few Chinese people here, basically all foreigners. The consumption inside the hotel is not high. It costs about 350 RMB to call a grab at the airport. It is close to Similan Island. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel last month and decided to come here again to celebrate a family holiday. We were unpleasantly surprised that check-in at the hotel was not at 14:00 as it was written on the trip.com website, but at 15:00 (administrator Katy told us about this, saying that there was an error on the booking website and we had to wait for our check-in, although last month we were checked in at 14:00)
There were also two things that surprised us, not for the better
1. When visiting the Artisan restaurant, they charged us an alcoholic cocktail, although it was from the non-alcoholic menu (we pointed out the error and they recalculated the bill)
2. When checking out, they included room service in our bill (administrator Katy said that this was a burger in the room, although we did not order it, she simply removed this item from the bill without apology)
We would like to note the billboys - very cheerful and attentive employees!, we would also like to note that all our requests (flower vase, and other small things) were fulfilled immediately, the staff is very polite and friendly!
We hope to visit Little Shore again in the future!)
