We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel last month and decided to come here again to celebrate a family holiday. We were unpleasantly surprised that check-in at the hotel was not at 14:00 as it was written on the trip.com website, but at 15:00 (administrator Katy told us about this, saying that there was an error on the booking website and we had to wait for our check-in, although last month we were checked in at 14:00)
There were also two things that surprised us, not for the better
1. When visiting the Artisan restaurant, they charged us an alcoholic cocktail, although it was from the non-alcoholic menu (we pointed out the error and they recalculated the bill)
2. When checking out, they included room service in our bill (administrator Katy said that this was a burger in the room, although we did not order it, she simply removed this item from the bill without apology)
We would like to note the billboys - very cheerful and attentive employees!, we would also like to note that all our requests (flower vase, and other small things) were fulfilled immediately, the staff is very polite and friendly!
We hope to visit Little Shore again in the future!)
