Its an okay place, but not more than that.
Room is spacious but all the advertised balconies are permanently closed.
Beds are good
Room is clean
3 of the four lifts were out of order the first 2 days.
Lifts you have to share with house keeping and therefore with there waiste containers.
Gym is a bit dirty. Not cleaned once during our stay

Really handy for TPA having arrived from the UK. Rooms are a decent size, however the sofa bed was not made up when we went to our room. Disappointingly when we went down to reception to mention this we were told that we would have to make the bed up ourselves. Never in all of our travels have we ever been told such a rediculous thing. We we challenged this again, the reception staff finally relented and sent housekeeping to make up the bed.

Just off the Interstate, near the mall, near the airport very nice location. The seems clean all the time. Love the running canal with plants in the middle of the hotel. Very nice...

The hot water for bathing takes at least 10 minutes to come out, and when it comes out, it is the highest heat. The regulation is out of order. The hot water for washing face takes 20 minutes to come out. There are cockroaches 🪳 and small lizards 🦎 in the room

This hotel is very close to the airport. There is a small forest inside the hotel, which is quite primitive. The hotel room is very comfortable and the environment is also very good. The elevator is really old and it is very slow when going up and down.
