A common problem with American hotels: almost no service whatsoever. 3. The hotel's location is rather remote; there's nothing around, and you need to drive to get anywhere.

The worst Hyatt I've ever stayed in! There is an additional charge for facility fees. There were forums and meetings for two nights, and a lot of people occupied the public space. The outdoor swimming pool is very small and the hygiene is average. There are no other facilities, including hot springs. It's all your meeting room! The experience is extremely bad! And you charge $30 a day for facility fees? Your facilities are occupied by people who come to the meeting!
