The staff was very nice and sweet. They had an amazing bbq buffet dinner for a great price. Also had an airport shuttle which was very convenient in the morning.

Overall a pleasant stay. Very helpful staff. Small but nice pool though I didn't use it. Toilets were nice and clean. Quick check in and check out. Other than that, it was only a 1 night stay so nothing much else.

Phone in room was not clean. Sticky and smelly. I did not dare to use it for my room menu order. Toothbrush packet was crumpled, though brush were new. Near packing would be more welcoming.

I only stayed here for a few hours because of a layover in Jakarta. The room was sufficient for the amount of time I spent here.

Stayed at Ibis Germany so I knew what to expect when I booked here. Itβs your typical no frills basic room that does the job. But the rooms in Jakarta were spacious compared to where we stayed in Germany. We missed breakfast though cause we slept in, which means the beds are comfortable π

Rooms could definitely be cleaner but well appointed and sufficient for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating with not just service but also information. Very close to the airport and they have a free airport shuttle, so very convenient if you time your exit to the airport correctly. If you're looking for a stay close to the airport, this is a good deal and decent value for money.

Distance wide the hotel was located near from the airport, but getting to the hotel via taxi from the airport took longer than expected. Hotel seems good from exterior view also the common areas but the rooms need some upgrades (the sound of ac was too noisy) and the room was not so clean (found many hairs near bed) β¦. ah I almost forgotβ¦ noise from the bar/restaurant was too loud (I think soccer game was showing at the bar)

Location was good if you want to be near the airport. Pickup service to the airport was bad and confusing. Service was okay, hotel was decent.

Good choice hotel for the person who want to take flight early in the morning or to lazy to wake up at home and take drive for couple hours like me π
Check in process very fast, also for check out.
The room ok, clean and staff also nice.
Overall all good during my stay there.
